This is the worst staples Ive ever been to. The staff is incompetent, especially at the Print & Copy Center. I brought my order in on a saturday, and when I came in to pick it up the next day, they hadnt even done it, they didnt even call, and then made me stand there for 40 minutes while they did it, and it was wrong. When I complained to the manager, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even though there was a sign directly behind her that said "if youre not happy with your first order, its free," she only offered me a measly discount. I will never go to this staples again and Id advise anyone who has a print project that they want to come out well should avoid this location.

The customer service within the aisles were great, but the cashiers were horrible. I found almost everything that I needed with minimal help from staff. However, I spent hundreds of dollars on school supplies, but they didnt give me any coupons or discounts, even though they existed. The worst part was, that I had valid coupons, but I had to print them out in order to use them, when my printer wasnt set up yet because I had just moved in. Overall, this Staples location will not be seeing me again.

Bought a multifunction printer a few days ago. On the plus side, they stand behind the price guarantee. At the register they took off $70 to meet the BestBuy price shown on my iPhone. On the minus side, they are understaffed. Stood at customer service for 15 minutes to ask for the price guarantee - but nobody came by. Only one person working the register with a queue of 5-8 people all the time.

Cant reach them on the phone - nobody picks up - you could sit on hold for hours. People in the store cant answer a simple question. Awful customer service. And, without customers, this Staples location goes bye bye!

Good Staples store. The print shop was unable to bind my legal-size document but they were very helpful in explaining to me what I needed to do that myself.
