I had a service call that turned out very well, the gentleman that came in was knowledgeable and even showed me a few tricks and gave a few tips. However, I called for assistance because my settings for envelope printing didnt seem to work and I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service, the person on the phone told me I should use my other printer. When I explained that was more time consuming she asked why, I explained my other printer only takes one envelope at a time, to which her reply was "well you would only be able to use a couple in the copier". I was so frustrated I acquiesced and started using my other printer which will also cost more in the long run.

I worked here for a short time. Completely unprofessional. Racism, poor treatment of workers, understaffed, and unsafe company vehicles that were not well maintained. The boss also would incorrectly write up work orders. Their technician, Joseph, was great at his profession. Not recommended.
