THE MANAGER IN THIS STORE IS THE WORSE! I love mandee, I do most of my shoppings at mandee because I love their clothing style, but clearly they care more about money than they do when it comes to the satisfaction of their customers. I bought a coat there and since I went there at around 8:30pm, I was rushing so I did not have time to scrutinize it. When I was about to wear it 5 days after, I saw that the arm was ripped. I couldnt see it when I was buying it because it was all black. So when I went to return it, I explained them that the coat was already damaged when I was buying it and I didnt notice it. When the manager came, she told me that I couldnt return it because its been a week. The return policy states clearly in the receipt that you can return items WITHIN 15 days. I was so shocked and the manager was soo rude that I couldnt even utter a word. I didnt want to argue with her or create any scandal. I just throw her the coat and left. I worked so hard for the money I used to buy that coat. It was my only hope, and they would not exchange it. They can keep the coat and MY MONEY. But, they will lose more than that!!! I didnt steal that money nor did anyone give it to me! I earned it decently. So if they think they can get away with it that easy, THEY ARE MISTAKEN!

They do not have a big selection of stores and not to mention no food court. If you looking for a restroom then go to Manhattan mall other then that its a waste of time. I went into the store name "Karma" a place that sells ladies clothes. I seen a dress I did want but someone tried the dress on and got deodorant all over this black dress, I asked if they had anymore of the dresses and the lady didnt understand what I was asking her, so the guy that was ringing up the pants repeated what I said in there language and she moving her head saying no. I said well how about giving me a discount and I will take it so now they talking in there language back and forth I asked for the manager they call this other man over they not talking "English" at all and he said no I cant give you dress for discount, I said that dress will not get sold with all of that white stuff on it for the full price. I could not believe the manager refused to offer a discount bad customer service, always consider what your customers suggest it is part of keeping your customers happy and how you treat your customers reflects alot about your business.

Depressing and dingy, this architectural equivalent of Pamela Anderson. The spaces prime location gives it insane potential, but like many of the businesses in that part of manhattan: it needs an insane overhaul if it expects to draw crowds. Inside, a lonely Starbucks commands a prime view of the death of the shopping mall. Overlooking a neverending stream of "going out of business" sales, the baristas act as comforting tour guides to the bewildered and unlucky few that wander in for a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. The flickering fluorescent lighting casts a grim spotlight on the cheapness of mass produced America. Walking out of this mall I usually have the urge to run home and throw out my possessions, taking up the ascetic life of a monk.

Maybe not the biggest mall out there, but definitely has a lot of interesting stuff. Biggest store inside is JC Penney and it stretches on two floors. Clothes, bedroom necessities, shoes, etc. If youre looking for I (heart) NY type of t shirts, this is the place where youll get them cheapest. Same goes for many other articles there. Outside JC Penney, youll find Toys r Us, New Era, Victoria Secret, Aeropstale, Spring, RadioShack, Gamespot and Strawberry. Staff at the mall is usually friendly. Watch out for guy who welcomes you to JC Penney by the escalator. His voice is so unique and adds so much to the experience here.

Two words "last resort". First of all its one of the only indoor shopping centers in the city(Manhattan for the uninitiated). Its close to 34th st aka tourist central. All and all I try to avoid this place like the plague too many tourists the stores never have enough staff and on the holidays its a zoo. The one saving grace is its right above the train station so you can run in and run out and when its really cold and you have to do some shopping its warm. Btw the food court stinks but the seating is decent.

Jcpenney always has a nice sale, helpful staff and numerous options. There is also a sephora inside the JC Penney. JC penney is probably the only store that has me coming back to Manhattan mall. Strawberry and Aero are closed. Square one also closed or became a store called karma. Its just annoying that stores are being shut down or switched into something else one after the other. Its a small mall(compared to many others Ive been to) Its also kind of disappointing that there is no longer a food court there.

This is a nice little mall, with various stores to check out. JCPenney is the largest retailer in the building located on the two lower levels. They have pretty good daily prices and featured discounted items too. The rest of the mall doesnt really appeal to me, so I dont really go to the other floors. I miss the food court, and would like then to reopen some more food options, but for the size of the mall and the available food venues nearby, its probably not worth it to have in the mall.

Pshhhee.

A loja JCP fica dentro.

This mall is beyond wack, no one need get any closer than passing through the front foyer and down the steps for the train. JC Pennys is so far below Macys they shouldnt be considered as equals categorically. There is literally nothing JCPs has that I cant find at Macys – and Macys will always have the more options and better brands. As a comparison, the Khols in Rego Park has a better and more diverse selection of Nike clothing than JCPs. Its sad really.

Not really much here anymore ever since JCPenny took over the whole bottom two levels. Whenever I come here, it looks so sad because its not really a mall. Its just JCPenny and a couple of other stores like Toys R Us (which has got to be the saddest store Ive ever seen. Such a small space and nothing that makes it seem like a Toys R Us I would take kids to) and Aeropostale. It has so much potential with all those floors but its not being utilized. So sad.
