The customer service of this establishment is appalling. The line for a Saturday afternoon was nearly 20 minutes long, with only one young lady being put under the pressure of multiple families having to check out and having places to go. When we brought this to the mangers attention saying that it is utterly ridiculous, not only did she get defensive she laughed in my mothers face. My mother knows how to manage a store and not only has been a manger but runs a business that along with good quality, prides itself on the importance customer service- something that this establishment seems lack. The saying the "customer is always right", has no meaning here.

First and foremost, Ive been going to this mall for a long time so I might be a little biased. The Poughkeepsie Galleria is a mall like its name is located in Poughkeepsie. I live in orange county so its a small drive to get here. The mall is a decent mall because Its distance and the stores it offers. It has your standard clothing stores (American Eagle, Hollister H&M Macys) and other stores. I dont trust mall food so I dont know about the food court. (Theres a Gloria Jean, Yogurt shop and a Whatta Waffle and a Mister Frosty) so theres those. Other than that, theres nothing really notable about this mall.

Its a typical mall with something more. Its an intimate type setting that all can enjoy. The food court is better than Danbury malls food court and less pricey. Theres all kinds of stores. Theres something for everyone. Need a new pair of glasses or an eye check up, check out the two eye glass places. Enjoy your visit at the mall. Fyi: Friday and Saturday nights, kids under either 18 or 21 will not be allowed into the mall unless accompanied by an adult after 5pm.

Great place to go shopping especially on a rainy day. They have a lot of name brand stores. Has a decent food court like every other mall. Its nice on weekends they have Security at all entrances that way young kids cannot walk around the mall without an adult. I think thats a blessing because it helps keep the mall clean. The Movie Theater is awesome! Very clean and comfortable seating. Tickets are pricey but its definitely worth the experience.

Had an online purchase for Christmas at Saphora who does returns for online purchases. Spoke to a manager who told me that in store returns time frame is at their discretion but online returns are not. Manager didnt even try to go the extra step and try to make the return even with product and receipt in hand. At least try to make an attempt to show the customer that you attempting to providing customer service. Not a good experience!

Gute Geschäfte (Kleidung, Schuhe, Elektronik). Auch der Food Court hat genügend Auswahl. Meine Empfehlung: die Asiatische Küche dort! Ist eine gute Abwechslung zu dem Standard Fast-Food.

Good mall but needs to have a Dave and Busters or arcade that stays permanently. Every other month they open a horrible arcade that only stays for 2 weeks and goes out of business. Dace and Busters is the best choice because they wont lose business and it attracts a lot of customers. Open a Dave and Busters in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. #dandbinpokgalleria

Not nearly as good as the Palisades in terms of its general offerings, the Galleria is the place to go in Dutchess County to get name brand clothing of the likes of Forever 21, Hollister, Aeropostale, Abercrombie & Fitch, Old Navy and more. Its food selection is okay, though you could ask for more. The movie theater is easily top quality.

The mall itself is in decent shape, but most of the stores are a little lackluster in so much that the stores that are there do not attract much of young money and for one of the few places for teens and young adults to hangout there is not much worth the money that they have to spend to try and enjoy themselves.

I try to avoid this place like the plague, Pyramid Co. is a greedy corporation that charges absurd amounts of rent that make it near impossible for stores to stay open. Mall management is rude and incompetent. The stores that are open arent even affordable to a majority of Dutchess Countys population. Just no.

well when i walked in the mall their no air conditioning and not enough of food court and the Chinese food has to be fresh not over night stuff and why has to be three of them maybe a new food court food and people are moving so slowly and the bathroom too small half the time has no paper towels

This mall has all the good stores. They have something for everyone. Its clean and my kids and I didnt feel unsafe in any way. They also have many food options, so even the most picky eater could find something. And they had a good selection of movies also. What more could you want in a mall.

I fear the Galleria will be heading down hill quickly with the recent store closures, including Gap. The Banana Republic there is fantastic because its never crowed. They have a good selection of stores though, very good movie theater, but the restaurant options could be better.

I love going to the Poughkeepsie Galleria; not only is it very appealing to the eyes inside, but is also full of fantastic stores for all your needs. It works for going on a casual date, going out with friends to hang out or watch a movie, and even just to bring your family.

Not really a "mall" shopper but overall, the atmosphere is positive, no safety concerns, and diverse shoppers. One upgrade they need is to bring in more high end stores and restaurants. The ones currently in place are not attractive enough to return regularly.

Recently renovated, so the tiling and such are all new and clean. The stores are all pretty good, although not the largest. Many superstores such as Macys, Target, Sears... the food court is perhaps a little greasy, but not unpleasant.

Fairly large mall with a nice size Regal theater. Love the little rest areas where you can sit and talk. Has an indoor Go Kart track which is pretty cool. Just needs a decent arcade/restaurant like DnB which would be pretty dope.

This mall is so dull. There were literally 3 different Chinese restaurants in the same food court. Itd be nice to have a healthier food option. It definitely needs some new stores like a Lush or a craft supply store.

Easy in and easy out. Plenty of space to park, target and the covered garage can be a bit tricky sometimes, especially when the weather is poor. As for a mall, has everything you need and a decent movie theatre.

Great mall, lots of good stores, the chinese food is seriously delicious and made right there as you wait like a minute tops..inexpensive, favorite mall of all time, no that was in bangkok, but this is close..

This mall is absolutely amazing like I go here every weekend with my friends.The food courts are good although theres 3 Chinese spots.The best store for me in clothing is H&M.I Definitely recommend this place.
