I am writing regarding to an insulted experience that I had at Jersey Shore Premium Outlet on 11/15/2015 around 1:30 PM. There was a lady in blonde as the receptionist at your customer service center who gave me an attitude and despised me with rolling eyes and sneering sound while I had trouble login into the web account to prove I am a member of Simon Outlet and get a coupon book. Since my mobile only showed "Already a member" after login without "password does not match", I was trying to tell her that I tried but because of my obsolescent smartphone, it did not let me login properly. She simply reply: " It says you already a member (Yes! She said it), but you need to login" and refused to give me other advises so I stepped out. knowing that I did not do a proper login, I got in line again and this time I tried to show her those emails that I received from Simon Outlet. However, instead of telling me "if you cannot do a proper login, then based on company policy or something else, I cannot offer you a coupon book", she rudely ignored me without saying anything and walked away with rolling eyes and sneering sound to help next American White Guy (Yes, I have to say that!) Sorry that I will not stand for this insolence. Same situation happened to a Japanese male tourist lining in front of me, the receptionist gave him a really bad attitude while he was trying really hard to login. I did not hear any "please" word. She just said " Can you step out so I can help the next customer". I do not know where I can express the anger of not enough employee training for your customer service and of racial discrimination but write a letter here. Please also kindly develop a customer service system to help identify membership via typing phone number or other information to gives coupon book or other services. Best Regards, Wan-Ting Huang

The Mall is OK, but the town is full of evil leaches, they picked Black Friday to canvas the parking lot to ticket all vehicles "improperly parked” They provided no shuttle services, people were walking down the side of embankments, slipping, sliding. I hope they get sued. When I called the town courthouse and inquired about my ticket, the clerk even made the comment that a lot of money was made that day. Im just saying! You have no Christmas spirit, and take advantage of people trying to save their hard earned money. Good things happen to good people, the converse is true. You deserve all that happens and has happened to you!

Множество магазинов, цены в центральных американских, таких как Кельвин и Томми, соизмеримы с Century 21, но выбор в магазинах больше. Неплохой фудкорт. Самый выгодный магазин получился DKNY. Специально ехать, думаю, смысла нет, но если мимо проезжать, то можно заглянуть.

Wow! There are a ton of stores here. There is something for just about every shopper here. You can get everything from sneakers to suits, from housewares to jewelry. They offer a vip club, which only costs a few dollars, that will come with a discount booklet for lots of stores. My personal favorite thing is the Veteran parking! I dont need to park right next to the entrance, but I know plenty of men and women who could use a close spot due to service-related injuries. So thank you Mr. Simon for recognizing that. This is a great place to shop for the entire family!

youre not saving money at all coming here. Im fixing my broken jewelry and stitching my ripped clothes and glueing my shoe back together from Rue 21. I bought this stuff last week, its a pattern though they have the most low quality clothes and accessories , I have forever 21 clothes that lasted 10x longer which is sad to say. if you buy anything from rue 21 expect it to last within the week you got it. its ridiculous .. over priced clothes and accessories that will last not even a week. I would skip this store if I were you

I do not enjoy shopping but when you purchase something such as a heavy duty mid-length winter coat (in 2010) at Eddie Bauer for less than $90 and you wear it everyday during every winter and it still looks and feels great(very warm,) it is your obligation to alert others. The quality and pricing at the Columbia store is similar. I rarely shop for clothing (understatement) but on occasions when I do I make the effort to make it to JSPO and I wear whatever purchases I have made until they are truly worn out!

地方不算大，不过购物环境很舒适。步行道上有很多椅子可以随时坐下来休息，有好几个小孩可以玩的地方。最喜欢是街上有棚，不怕日晒雨淋。没有Woodbury outlet大，不过个人觉得这里的购物环境舒适一些。

Absolutely feeling this place! It has ALOT of store brands from A to Z and lower outlet prices. Good food and drink and vending machines when you first enter the mall because if your browsing you will need a refreshment as this place has really a lot to see and wander off to. I can rattle off a few names like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger DKNY, Burberry, Coach, etc etc. This would be a long review otherwise. Trust me, you will live it and the deals.

Got ripped off by the vending machine for a drink, had to pay for two just to get one, then got ripped off by the Gadiva shop. Lied about the price of everything then charged us for more than we were buying. We called her on it and she said she didnt know how to take it off the charge. Forced us to buy it all. She also didnt give us the sale price she told us. And gave us a frequent shopping card, to find out she charged us 2 bucks for it.

If I have to go there, I have to know exactly what store I need to go to and get out of there asap. I can not stand the cigarette smoking in a semi open court. I actually have to hold my breath walking through the court yards. Its not just that I dont like it, I get a very bad reaction to it. Ive have been hospitalized behind a room full of cigarette smoke before. For health reasons I really cant shop there like I would like too.

Certaines enseignes jouent le jeu surtout des prix dautres donnent limpression de majorer les prix puis de faire une ristourne. Attention il vaut mieux connaître les prix "normaux" des produits que vous voulez acheter.

Wir konnten gute Schnäppchen schiessen. Die Premium Outlets sind uns am liebsten. Einzig der Food Court ist für mich nicht auf dem üblichen Premium Outlet Standart, aber auch nicht der Hauptgrund des Besuches.

I love this place in the winter because there is absolutely nobody else doing the shopping. That means no crowds and it makes the trip so much more pleasurable. They have good deals all the time and they have almost every store I need. You can find Ann Taylor or White House Black Market to get some business casual clothes, buy new UGGs to keep you warm and get new Nike shoes to pretend you actually like going to the gym.

Great place to spend a buck. Good buys today for me at True Religion. Ashley there was a huge help (thanks girl) and then Calvin Klein has specials that trimmed my wallet some more. Funny thing about two shops I went into; why did I have to go searching and calling for someone to man the register and take my cash? Arrogant and uppity store staff just dont leave a good feel. Get a grip of your job children.
