Warning! Bug problem at the food court. I have been going to the food court for quiet awhile and for the last few months even with the cold weather, I have have had problems with flying bugs tying to land on my food. (DISGUSTING)!!!. I went to one of the food workers at the Dunkin Donuts when buying a cup of coffee and asked them about it and she acknowledged with frustration that its been going on for months. She says mall management keeps trying to fix it but the bugs keep coming f some place in the sewer system. I like shopping at the mall and eating there so I was hoping it would stop. Today it happend again and I just go so disgusted by these incessant annoying bugs flying in my face and on my food I had to stop eating and leave. I called the mall management number and a person named Donna upon hearing of my complaint became totally defensive and dismissive of my complaint. She said they were aware of it but that it was resolved. When I explained to her that it was still going on she tried to shout over me. I told her I had time stamped images of these flying bugs on my food and clothes and that i could email them to her for management to see and she said she did not care to see them. I asked for one of her superiors to call me. I called the Paramus Dept of Health and they promised to send an inspector out next week and follow up with a call to me. I have never experienced this type of bug problem before and have never felt I had to make a complaint. Hopfully this will help.

This mall didnt have many options and I was done after looking around for a little while. The layout felt a bit awkward with corridors of stores and turns that were a bit conspicuous for someone whos never been there and didnt review the directory. This mall definitely felt smaller than some of the other shopping malls Ive been to, but I like the food options available. There were some nice features like trees planted inside the mall with a glass roof for an open outdoor feel, and with the comfort of indoor regulated temperatures. There was also a childrens play area and a giant chess board which can keep the kids occupied for a little while.

We just returned from another successful Saturday shopping trip at Paramus Park Mall. Its a smaller mall but has some nice stores. Theres always ample parking and security is good and visable. They dont seem to get overwhelming crowds that nearby malls get, but its busy. The anchor stores are Macys and Sears. Its all on one level, very easy to maneuver. They have a build-a-bear for the kids, lots of clothing stores and a really nice food court. The mall has undergone some changes in the past few years, but still maintains its appeal. Its a family oriented mall.

If you like to go to malls that you dont get lost in, this may be a good place to go. Theyve got some awesome shops and stores, with a lot of discounts on their stores often, especially during the holidays, last time I went there products were at up to 75% off! Its a really good place to be in, especially if you enjoy doing some little family shopping in a nice environment and a not so loud place(theres a playground in here, so youd expect the kids to be loud), and the food stores here are great.

I grew up with this mall. I remember this mall back in the 90s and its come a long way. Theres a good variety of stores to choose from and new ones open up all the time. The food court is usually crowded but theres always somewhere to sit. Security walks around to make sure everyones safe but they are also friendly and helpful for navigating to your favorite stores. They are closed sunday, which stinks because paramus has silly laws but you can always take the trip to palisades malls

Ive shopped at Paramus Park for years, and can honestly say that I love this mall over any other area shopping center. Paramus Park Mall is the perfect size to shop, unlike other area shopping centers that are too large and overwhelming. Paramus Park is always beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. All stores, eating areas, and restrooms at Paramus Park are clean, organized, have staff that genuinely care about their customers, and are always willing to help. My #1 choice!

I have been going to this mall for years. It has a great selection of stores. As well as one of my fave food courts with a chick fil a. They do have escalators to get access from the food court on the second floor to shopping on main level. As well as on the second floor there is an option of 2 family style bathrooms for those with disabilities and children. As well as there is a playground on one wing for small children. It is a great size mall with stores for all.

Historically, my family has loved this mall. However, in the last 6months - 1 year it has really declined in family enjoyment. They have closed their carousel, their virtual reality floorboard, and the Disney Store. For families, there is little attraction anymore. Now, it is just another mall with stores I can find elsewhere. So, a year ago, I would have my daughter begging me to go to the Paramus Park mall, and yesterday we probably made one of our last visits.

Its very fun here. I enjoy it more than Willowbrook Mall. If you want to get away from major crowds and more so mosey than hustle shop, you can do it here. Mall security and Police are very nice here as well. The food court is very fun and nice. Awesome selection from Mediterranean, burgers, creole (Louisiana), Japanese, Chik fil a, Nathans hot dogs, Chinese food, and Subway. A cute detail is that they have random wooden rocking chairs and alot of massage chairs there.

This place is like the Tardis, bigger on the inside! We just went here for the food court upstairs. Not that the food is anything atypical of what youd expect, but its upstairs and circles around, allowing you to sit by the edge and watch the people downstairs and on the escalator. The mall had a nice flow to it as well, as you dont walk a straight line through it, so exploring is more fun!

This mall need an update and expansion. When you go to a Paramus mall and can easily park where ever you want, that should raise a warning flag. They do have some of the basic mall stores. Food is ok. If you want to bring your young kids here just to roam around while you enjoy a cup of coffee from Starbucks, this is the place. For serious shopping, there are much better choices.

Its a solid mall. I havent had to deal with as many issues when parking here, compared to other malls within driving distance. A good selection of stores, and some decent restaurants attached. Although Im not a fan of the changes they made to the interior over the last 20ish years, I really cant complain about the way its all turned out, and it does look much more modern, now.

Paramus Park is accessible and far enough away from the larger Garden State Plaza that its hardly ever stifled by traffic or overcrowded by shoppers. It lacks the "all-day entertainment" capacities like movie theater or abundance of restaurants, but it carries just about anything you could expect at a mall. Its a perfect location for shopping unhindered by the masses.
