I wish I could leave zero stars because thats how dissatisfied I am with this company. When I initially placed my order, they took my money immediately and lost my order. A month after I ordered, I spoke with someone who fixed the problem, saying she had no idea what happened and was able to ship my items. When I received them, I was dissatisfied with 2 of the 3 items (very poor quality) and being that they pride themselves on fast and easy returns, I printed the return label and sent the two items back. This was over a month ago and have yet to hear anything from the company, or received a refund. I have called 5 times and sat on hold for 45+ minutes before I hung up all 5 times. While on hold, the automated system will say "your call is now first in line, followed by, you are the third caller, you are the second caller, you are the next caller, 2 more minutes, you are the third caller, etc." They never answer the phone!!!!!!!!!! I have now sent 2 emails hoping to receive a reply. I would never order anything with this unprofessional and terrible company!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered a gift for my sister. Took forever to be shipped. When I called, I waited up to 45 minutes to speak with someone. They asked me to leave my email, never heard back. When it shipped, the order was not what I had asked for: Wrong size, no customizing that I paid for. So frustrated by process, I gave up on asking for refunds or compensation for shipping or customizing.

Ordered Chandelier earrings for Valentines Day, they were perfect! Checkout was a breeze with my 15% off coupon and I had the earrings in just a few days. Customer Service quickly changed my house number to make sure that I got them on time (my mistake). I would definitely recommend them and shop with them again. Of course, why wouldnt I, theyre always sharing coupons on their FB and I love a good deal. :-)

Be wary of their "Standard Shipping" it is a complicated process between UPS and USPS, why they cant use one I dont know. After calling multiple times I did talk to a Manager and she was more helpful than the others reps. Their jewelry is good, I had some previously before our apartment fire and got multiple compliments on it. Just be aware of their possibly lengthy shipping if you choose standard.

I ordered a Bling Jewelry safety chain for my bracelet from Amazon. Very impressed with the quality. Its a Pandora-style and Pandora-quality for the 1/3 of Pandoras price. I dont know anything about their customer service, but the quality and the pricing are outstanding!
