Customer service sucks! They are so rude and do not help at alll! They act nice at first, but once you have a concern, they get rude and show no interest. I recenly purchased my fiances wedding band here and the girl charged me twice! ( My purchase was over $300 ) I explained to her that she indeed charged me twice and she just gave me attitude. I have already called corprate and explained the siutation. I will not be going to this zales anymore.

Customer Service sucks!!! I went there because my necklace broke and I needed it fixed. I told them I have a warranty on the piece and the lady tells me that without the receipt, I cant get it fixed. Meanwhile, I go to the one in Parkchester and they were able to help me without any problem and without the receipt. Never again will I go to this location.

I will never buy jewelry place ever again and they want to charger me with the ring size smh extra money with warranties. They cant to return or money back. This give me and my boyfriend very angry. Now on, we will never go back again and especially the worker that help us was very nasty with us.

Friendly staff and large selection. Only wish they had a restroom for customers, we are spending a lot of money here, can we at least use your restroom?

Great location. Never has a crowd but it just uses the zales coupons they send you at home.
