This experience was awful I came in there looking for something for my mother and mother-in law 1st of all I felt uncomfortable because nobody wanted to help me at 1st I figured because I was walking around with sweat pants and a big t shirt so they probably thought I didnt have money to spend then after while a man came to me . I told the sales associate that I dont have a budget but at the same time my mom doesnt like anything to over the top because my mother is really sick and she cant really go outside but I just wanted to get her something to show her how much I care and something to represent mothers day. The man (which he never told me his name) barely listened to what I said he just took me to the $30 "sale" jewelry UNTIL he found out I had $4000 credit and my husband had $10000 credit with KAY then took me to crazy over the top jewelry, Which doesnt bother me but the fact that he did not listen to what I was telling him made me feel like he was just trying to get me to buy anything. There was no sale process, he didnt even try to build rapport he just acted like he didnt care. Im type of customer that is easy to purchase I can buy anything as long as the sales rep. can show me that they actually wants to find you something that you really want instead of getting you something that helps get them more commission. Please train your associates, every commission based company has a sale process and every process 2 most valuable things is to BUILD RAPPORT and SHOW EMPATHY which I did not receive.

Where can I start with this horrible experience. First went to get an engagement ring custom made told them all the details and was told it would be ready on a said date.When that date came i went to the store and was told they never even ordered it .I had to take off the day from work my fiancé had to change her work plans and all they said was sorry it was never ordered. I was promised that it would be taken care of not to worry and they gave me a different day. almost three weeks later. When i called on that day was told again upps it still would not be ready . But since it was custom made i could not cancel it since it was already paid for . That is soooo irresponsibility soo en professional i could not belive it.I would never buy of recommended this store to ANYONE.

If you go there make sure you ask for Rosa! She is amazing! She made sure the issues I had with my engagement ring were resolved! She took it upon herself to figure everything out and even texted me to keep me up to date!
