Absolutely terrible. I just ordered food from them usually their breakfast and lunch is pretty good I tried their dinner for the first time today I ordered penne vodka with chicken....and the chili cheese fries and chopped steak...now the pasta is okay the chili cheese fries are awful and the chopped steak was terrible. I work in a restaurant and in my past places I work at chopped steak doesnt mean ground beef it means chopped steak into slices. Forgive me if Im the first person to not know that I took one bite into it and realized it wasnt steak thats not the most bothering part the part that is bad is that even the ground meat tastes terrible McDonalds meat is better than this trash. And I call to simply say it wasnt steak like I said I didnt know and the guy that answers the phone its the same guy that always answers I recognize the voice he starts an argument saying everyone knows what it is basically saying its my fault I didnt know I said you should specify he said well everyone knows and then he continues to talk over me. And says hes been in the business for 30 years...whatever it was a suggestion I was saying I wasnt demanding for my money back absolutely terrible management whoever runs this place needs to check their staff and if hes the manager like he says he needs to learn that the customers opinion matters not that the customer is always right cause trust me I work in this business I understand it Im a waitress they can be complicated he couldve just said sorry and I wouldve been fine. He left a sour taste in my mouth never again. This place doesnt even deserve one star after that.

Are you joking me? Are you actually joking me. I order from this place alot and Ive never had trouble until today when they tried to rip me off. I ordered a simple breakfast and used the seamless app. I paid for tip and everything. She arrives with my food and the total is 15$. I hand her 20 and she says: "I only have 2 dollars change. is that ok?" I say "Uh. No. Id like 5 dollars back please." After some grumbling, she hands me a five dollar bill she HAD IN HER CAR. And THEN SHE LINGERED AROUND FOR A FEW MINUTES EXPECTING MORE MONEY. I can honestly say this was THE worst experience ive EVER had with delivery OR with any restaurant. Rochelle Coffee Shop, you have LOST a customer.

Nice local coffee shop that has been around for a long time. There are booths and counter seats to choose from. Menu specials and soups change daily so there is always a good selection to choose from.
