horrible customer service the lady does not care about the customers needs just cares about making a petty sale. When I was paying for my sons cleats; no one bothered to mention the return policy and no where was stated it! not even on the receipt. When I tried to return the lady acted petty and then had the nerve to say I was offending her when she said to me first "you made the decision to buy them" and my response was "you only care about making a sell and clearly dont care" she had to move all the crap she had in order for the sign to readable.... well lady if I knew you had a no refund policy I wouldve never bought them. She lied to begin with; she claim adidas does not make no flexible soles past size 2 in kids when we then later went to modells and found the latest cleat for $15 cheaper then her last season cleat she sold us and with the flexible sole we were looking for. On top of that my daughter asked her if she carried a size 4 for the adidas copas and she said they dont even make them that size. Come to find out they do make them and Dicks carries them. It blows to have a soccer store and not know what you even selling and that you rather lie to people and make your petty sale rather then to be ethical...... THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!! MAKE YOUR RESEARCH..... they have no clue what they talking about

I came in a couple months ago and was truly disappointed. Absolutely sub par customer experience, and VERY uncomfortable customer service. Other ratings seem somewhat dishonest and inflated. They get the job done, but the owner is extremely anxiously defensive and unpleasant to deal with if you suggest any constructive criticism for the product YOU are paying for. An emotionally unhealthy business environment and business relationship to get involved with. Im glad I have nothing to do with them anymore.

We have been doing business for years. They supply our school bags with logos for 180 children, Summer camp t-shirts, Staff tote bags and even put our logo on baby oneies. Wonderful group of people to work with.
