The first time I stopped by Adaptive shooting I was blown away. From the first step through the door you could clearly see the passion, precision and attention to every last detail that goes into every aspect of their business. Not only was their gallery the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen a gun shop, but it almost as if it wasnt a gun shop at all. I felt as if I were walking into a high end tactical showcase. Aside from the precision and beauty of the aesthetics, I was taken back by their knowledgable and friendly staff, that took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail without pushing me into a quick decision like others have done in the past. Onto the training courses... I was weary about taking public courses due to being let down in the past by others, but Cassandra and her staff made it beyond a comfortable experience! Not only was it informative, but they made it such a fun course to take, that it flew right by. I would definitely recommend Adaptive Shooting Sports to anyone that is looking for a kind, clean, knowledgeable and friendly new home for their shooting needs.

I come in often, and have bought things ranging from firearms, to optics, to target ammunition. Everyone on their staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and always have sound advice for components and what brand of cartridge will behave the best in a given firearm. Their prices are basically unbeatable in the brick and mortar sector, and they always have a broad selection of makes and models, from entry level to almost competition ready. Theres genuinely something for all of your needs there.

Wow, an amazing store! Coming from Northern Westchester it was a long trek for me but was very presently surprised with a very clean gun shop with a nice layout. The customer service was topnotch. Chris was very informative and helped me throughout my vist, from my barrage of questions till my checkout. If he didnt have an answer, he was fast in researching it and finding it out. Im definitely going to be going to one of their classes in the future. Seems like a great time.

The owners of Adaptive are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. There is also an in-house gunsmith. The location is very clean and prices are hard to beat. I just bought a savage axis (30-06 caliber) for $409.00. I have been to almost every firearm store in the area and these guys blow everyone else out of the water. I wont be taking my business anywhere else anytime soon!!

As a first time gun buyer I am extremely happy with my experience at Adaptive. I wanted a smaller pistol and they worked with me to really get an idea of what felt right in my hands. Then I did a private shooting lesson complete with how to disassemble and clean my new purchase.
