I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience with Mazda. I completed an online application on Sunday and was promptly called by Lori after I was pre-approved. We agreed that this afternoon (Wednesday) would be a convenient day for me to visit the showroom. When I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful man named Pat McCuen. He probably thought I was crazy when I instantly told him I wasnt interested in any games, and I knew what I could afford so I didnt want to waste his time or mine with any games. Little did I know that Pat doesnt play the typical car salesman manipulative games; I soon learned that dealing with him was like dealing with a concerned family friend, so I truly had nothing to worry about. Pat not only located a vehicle that had my "must have" requests (backup camera and moonroof), but when it came time to review the final numbers, they were exactly where I wanted the payments to be. Bryan in the finance department worked quickly to get everything through, and I drove my new car home within a couple of hours. Im so much more thrilled with my purchase than I ever thought I would be!! I love my 2016 Mazda 3 Touring Edition.I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience with Mazda. Im SO happy with this place!! When we first were shopping, we went to a different Mazda, who told us the car didnt exist. He tried to sell us a different more expensive car that didnt suit us. Anywho, we decided to give Mazda 112 a try because we really liked the car online and with its reviews. I think Pat is who helped us, but Im not 100% sure (it was 6 months ago). He was SO nice when we showed up - after calling and finding out we would be there literally 5 minutes to closing time. He never pressured us to buy the car, but showed us what it has and doesnt have. Showed us a few other cars, but we really liked the 5. We took it for a test drive - and a test "fit." We had to make sure our stroller fit in the back with one seat up and he was so nice to pull the car up to our car and let us fiddle with the seating arrangements. Since then, weve only used Mazda Service for the cars maintenance. We have a wonderful mechanic for our other cars, but are sticking with Mazda for the car because they are so great. They remember me every time I go in (personal stuff, not just car stuff they could have looked up before I got there). This last time when I went, they said "Oh! No kids today! Here, have a coffee!" I thought that was beyond thoughtful of them, even though coffee isnt such a big deal, the fact that they remember not to offer me coffee when Im with the kids, but offer it when Im alone - that means a lot to a stressed out mom of toddlers! They are always friendly, and never screw with me. I thought I needed service on something, but they checked it during my oil change and told me it could wait until the next change. They could have easily gotten more money from me that day, but instead went the honest route. I could go on, but Im already babbling. Just go there, buy a car and live a happy life. :-)

I bought a new 2008 Mazda 3 at the end of 2007 from Mazda 112. That process in itself was terrific. The vehicle has had virtually no issues whatsoever until this past week when the transmission control module failed. I called on Monday and was able to secure an appointment for the following morning. A few hours after dropping the car off, Mazda 112 called to let me know what issues they had found (transmission control module among a few others) and that the biggest cost was covered under warranty. They ordered the parts necessary and let me know that they expected the car to be finished by Friday (today). This morning, I received a call letting me know that unfortunately there was a mix-up and the new transmission control module was shipped to Chicago and they didnt expect it at their shop until the following Friday at the earliest. They were very apologetic and sincere. I inquired as to the possibility of a loaner, though they did not have any available. I reached out to Mazda Customer Service and explained my situation. Within minutes, they were able to secure a loaner vehicle (from an outside company) with a $30/day credit until the completion of the work. William from Customer Service and Jessica from Mazda 112 did all the leg work and made this entire process a breeze. All involved were expedient, communicative, understanding, and unbelievably helpful. Thank you to Jessica and Raven from Mazda 112 as well as William from Mazda Customer Service. I have been a big fan of Mazda from the beginning (anyone that knows me knows how much I adore my car) but it is because of individuals like you that reinforce my love and loyalty of/to Mazda products. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT bother coming here unless you want a headache down the road. We purchased a brand new Mazda CX5 from them 2 years ago, and had it regularly serviced since its purchase. The car was running fine up until recent, where it broke down and the diagnostics came back as "complete engine failure - reason unknown". We purchased the extended warranty, but they are claiming the warranty will not cover either replacing or fixing the engine. Two years of paying for the extended warranty has resulted in ZERO coverage, even though were still within the time/mileage for it. Thanks Mazda for basically stealing our money from us the past 2 years. We will never purchase from this dealership or Mazda ever again.

I went to this Mazda dealership to see if they could give me a better deal than another one. They valued my trade-in $2,000 less than the other dealership and refused to honor the price on the car that I had negotiated with their online team. When I let them know that I had a better deal elsewhere they just laughed in my face and told me that the other dealership was lying and would "screw me over". I understand they didnt want to cut their margins that close, but if you should honor the number you gave over the phone and you dont have to be rude when Im not happy with your offer. Ill make sure to not only refer my friends and family to the other dealership but wont give this dealership a penny for service.
