Very disappointed with my experience with Thrifty Car Sales. Car had a bad carfax (Previous customer hit a deer, and was reported.) Thrifty declined to take any money off the car because of it, and actually raised the price of the car. I had second thoughts about the car and making the payments, so I emailed the next day and told Brian Jennie I was no longer interested in the car because I wasnt 100% comfortable at making the payments. He responded by offending me telling me that "$280/month does not break anyone, what is the real reason?" I then asked for an apology to which he replied "Im offended because you have wasted my time by filling out paperwork and going back on the car." After going back and forth, I never got my full $1700 deposit back from them. They ended up keeping $235 because I inconvenienced them. Sorry that I had to pay $235 to be insulted about what I can afford and not afford. Will not ever use any of Thriftys products ever again, including rental cars. I still havent received an apology from Brian Jennie. Also, after I cancelled the deal, I had to fight to get my Down Payment back, even though in the State of Massachusetts I am entitled to get all my money back until I take delivery of the vehicle which I never did. Two days after I cancelled the deal, they raised the price on the vehicle over $3,400.

Service awful. Tipical salesmen with the bait and switch and dont go there expecting it to be speedy. Car was nice but service was horrendous and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. And another thing, if you do settle to buy a car here, make sure you get it throughly inspected somewhere else than the shop they recommend because if it passes and there are problems, they dont have to pay for it and your stuck with the problem. They said my car was throughly looked over before I bought it but when I went to go get it inspected, I went to a mechanic I knew and it turned out it needed new ball joints which the dealership had to pay for. If I had gone to the shop they recommended, they would have overlooked that and down the road, I would have had to pay the $600. Just look elsewhere for a car, there are plenty of other good dealerships around.

A little disappointed but on a personal level I cant give under three stars because of the help Brian have us. So Im disappointed because we havent even had the car for a year yet and it has a messed up transmission already and it seems like it happened right after the warranty ended. So now are stuck paying $10,000 for a car with a crappy transmission the exact reason we didnt want to waste $3,000 on craigslist. But on a good not, Brian personally helped us get the car insured so I am grateful for that. Just sucks once again having an unreliable vehicle.

Looking for a car, new or used, can be painful, frustrating,intimidating. There always is that trepidation, “did I buy a good car, did I get a good price?” I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Thrifty Auto Sales in Westfield. I got a very good car at a very good price. My sales person, Mike Dubour, was personable, professional and accommodating. I never felt pressured during the negotiation and the entire process was seamless. Would I recommend Thrifty Auto Sales of Westfield to family and friends?, I believe I just did.

These guys sell the most worst used cars please dont buy cars from them I did buy a used Ford car from these guys and till now I spent more than $1300 dollars on repairs in a span of just 3 months. While selling the car to me they said the car was in perfect condition and it did pass the inspection. Never ever trust these guys. Please I request every one dont buy cars from these guys. The most worst dealer you will ever find to buy used cars

Had a great experience with Mike and Brian. Car was in great condition. As with any pre-owned car, I noticed a couple of minor things after the first week of use that I had concerns about, and they took care of all of them without any hassle. Felt they were upfront about everything during the process and willing to work with me with whatever I needed. I will use them again in the future.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Terrible after sales service, Thrifty will not follow up with any problems with the vehicle. No call backs. Lies about getting the vehicle in for service and will give you the complete run around. I cant stress enough, buy elsewhere. The so called Thrifty Certified Vehicle is a complete farse. There is a reason these vehicles are cheaper then most dealers.

Walked in off the street at 430 p.m looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Even with my poor credit history I was able to look and test drive the right car for me. My salesman Darren made my experience a very smooth and quick process. Finalized the lease by 6pm and had the car the following day. Highly recommend Thrifty Car Sales to any prospective car buyer.

The staff at Thrifty Car Sales were nice to work with. My husband and I shopped for a Jeep all over. We saw there ad on Mass Live and called. The explained why there prices were so low and went over the certification program.
