Ive given the grooming salon a chance twice now. Never again. I thought I had found a friendly, experienced groomer who knew how to work with my toy poodle (who will sit still if youre nice to her but she isnt crazy about getting her feet touched). Last grooming went very well. This time, it took 3 1/2 hours to groom her because they were overbooked (the groomer herself told me she had a lot of dogs to groom and it would be a long while - why bother making appointments Im wondering?) when I picked up my dog I was confronted by another groomer who told me there was a "problem" regarding my dog. She had spoken to her manager and they couldnt shave my dogs feet anymore (part of Poodle cut). The attitude I got with this information was not warranted. I have no problem with not getting her feet shaved! But they acted like I was arguing with them and like I did something wrong! The manager was standing right next to us and she never even looked up or addressed me. Wth kind of customer service is that? I will be finding another groomer. They overbook and then cant spend the time they need to With my dog? Not my fault. I spent $52 on grooming for a 11 1/2 lb dog and got attitude. Seriously? Buh-bye Petsmart.

Cashier asked if I needed help. I told him I needed a fish for my tank and had called yesterday; was told that someone would meet me back by the fish. I waited ten minutes and nobody showed up to help me. Nobody was called over the intercom to assist me. I saw a couple stockers putting stock away who clearly heard me talk to the cashier but neither moved to ask if I needed assistance. So, I put back the other things I was going to buy and left the store. The store itself is dark. Most of the lights are burned out and it smells dirty in there. a lot of blank space on the pegboards where there should be stock. The store is pretty badly mismanaged if theyre not paying attention to these details. Ill stick to the Pet Place instead.

Hands down, the best PetSmart store in the area. The staff/management are always willing to help and are cheerful. Ive never had to wait in line at this store- they always have a quick checkout. Another good thing is you dont run into the crazy crowds that make the Amherst or Clarence store what they are. Finally, this is actually the smallest store PetSmart has in the area. However, that actually is a good thing as everything is quick and easy to find. The aisles were laid out really well. Ill gladly drive the extra 5 minutes to go here compared to the Amherst or Clarence stores. Its worth it.

I always shop for my pet supplies at PetSmart. Was so happy when little Lockport got its own store. Everyone there is very helpful in many ways...to find a product, answer a question, & to help me take heavy bags of cat litter to my car. If they dont have a product there, since it is smaller than the stores further out, I was told by an employee that I could order it online to be sent to their store. And no additional costs!

Great selections and their brand is at par with most brands but better priced. Only complaint is the option to close the store only me and my cat so he can relax and make better decisions without the stress of strangers around. Joking

Great staff! The manager Jennifer is always so friendly and helpful and always ready with a smile and kind word when I come in. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is their prices-- they are a little high.

Employees are very friendly but not knowledgeable and some lack all common sense. Cashiers have messed up my purchases in some way every single time. Now I only go here if its absolutely necessary.

So unprofessional! If you make an appointment it still takes 3 hours to groom a 17 pound dog? Oh because they book 3 dogs per time slot....really? Never ever again!

They have a large selection for dogs, cats, fish, etc. Can be pricey compared to online services but the immediate satisfaction can be with it.
