if there was a way to give minus stars, i would. brought my vacuum in under warranty. was told repairs were covered. would take 10-14 days. got a call back in two weeks. someone from sears calling with an estimate for the repairs. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY, AND COVERED. i told the person. said she would get back to me. never did. called 2 weeks later. vacuum g=hadnt gone to the repair person yet. called 2 weeks later. it is supposedly repaired - NO CHARGE - but recommended i call store to make sure it is there. WITH TODAYS INTERNET AND GADGETRY, THEY SHULD KNOW WHERE MY VACUUM IS !!! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO HUNT FOR IT. AND TRY CALLING THE SEARS STORE IN LAKE GROVE TO FIND OUT IF MY VACUUM IS THERE.... KEEPS GETTING SENT TO NATIONAL CENTER, AND THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE. SO TO SUM IT UP .... THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE... TOOK 6 WEEKS - NOT 10-14 DAYS --- AND I CANT SEEM TO FIND A HUMAN BEING THAT KNOWS WHERE THE HECK MY VACUUM IS ... HOPEFULLY IT IS AT THE STORE .... CANT WAIT TO GET THERE, AND FIND OUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY VACUUM IS... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAN --- THIS IS WHY THEY ARE ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY ALL THE TIME

Nothing but trouble when I go here. Machines not working or alighment guy gone with his tools. A two bit joke. They are slow and the service advisers have bad attitudes. They dont know what they are selling and dont even know they have services such as tranny and brake fluid exchanges. They are so incompetent I would not go here for anything other then a battery or tires but expect to wait a long time. I don;t know if they still have surveys for customers to answer and the end of transactions but every time I went they service guys would fill out excellent on the screen without asking me a question. CHEATS I no longer use this place at all.

my 2year old daughter had a lil accident with her pants, stopped by to get a new pant for her to changed into.after changing came back to the cashier to ask for a bag to put the messy stuffs and a middle aged woman asked the cashier who attended to me not to give me a bag."she said we dont give out bags!" with a nasty , dismissive,uncaring,eyeballing ,bitchy attitude.I felt like trash.so i had to explain THAT I didnt GET a bag when i bought my daughters pant few minutes ago.its unbelievable a huge fuss over a tiny bag?....MEAN,RACIST PEOPLE WORK HERE! THIS IS 2016!! WE ALL LOOK THE SAME ON THE INSIDE!!AM NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Worst customer service ever. Have been trying to call an associate to figure out when I can pick up my item and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I tried calling the central customer service number and they were no help either, and could not find my mattress that I ordered. No wonder they are going out of business.

Sears rep approached me to signup for a vacation raffle and specifically told me I would not be contacted for anything unless I won. Now Im being called 10+ times a day from all different numbers for their "promotion". There is no real raffle, this is a scam to get you to a vacation seminar. NO ONE WINS and NOTHING IS FREE.

My Sears washing machine has been broken since APRIL. Cant get anyone back here to fix it. They didnt even show up for the 3rd repair, and its still in pieces. Incompetence and HORRIBLE customer service. Spoken to at least a dozen people, and no one knows or cares to fix it. Go somewhere else more reliable.

Best customer sales experience for a new Consumer Reports top rated Kenmore washing machine 8/13/17. Transaction was quick, efficient, courteous and helpful with multiple discounts applied, including a five protection plan. The total cost was less than our 3 year old LG. Serendipty!

Not a well knowledgeable staff at sales (not all) Ask them "How, WHY" type questions and see if to yourself. Few mechanics are well knowledgeable and are very willing to help. Take your car for a regular oil change, Battery, or Wheels.

Horrible, girst they diliver our kitchen appliances to the wrong house, then they cancel an appointment we made over a month ago because no one was in the area send someone. Useless people. They even called to confirm it today too!
