Horrible horrible experience!!!! I cant even begin to describe how furious I am! Went to that Walmart to print out some pictures of my son which had been taken by a relative of mine, NOT PROFESSIONALLY. The associate at the printing department told me to come back in an hour to get the pictures only to find out that the manager had instructed her not to release the pictures because "they looked professional" and I needed a copy right release. I was beyond confused as to why she would just assume such thing and why would they not give me a call so I wouldnt waist my time! I requested to speak to her directly and she sent someone to tell me it was gonna take an hour. I was beyond aggravated at this point so I headed over to a register where she was checking out a customer. Even the customer tried to help but she totally refused to release the pictures. Let me just mention professional pictures normally have copy right written all across them and I know this because Ive done severas photo shoots for my son. Their lack of customer service is just unacceptable and they need to come up with something to provide a better customer experience and not waist peoples time. I must also say I got a voice message from them asking to pick up the pictures about a month later???? And a phone call today! Do those people not communicate??? They need to get their stuff together! And the manager should get fired for being so ignorant and just assuming things!!!

I had my oil changed there. They recommended the high milage oil. My car ran so bad. It knocked loudly everytime I turned on the car and it smelled like a truck stop. I love my old car, it ran beautifully before their oil made it run like a broken down garbage can. I love my car, I dont listen to music because I love hearing my cars engine. I like to be able to descern how her engine sounds. My girl needs her oil changed. I hardly drove her because her poor little engine knocked so badly. Walmart helps poor people stay poor. Selling substandard goods that need to be replaced often. Walmarts add to the amount of MSW-Municipal Solid Waste, they should pay communities for added rubbish, etc... I could go on. My best friend insisted it was a great place to get your oil changed. The workers were lovely, the oil was garbage!

This Walmart is the worst in America the costumer service is poor they make wait to costumes to be attended of you think the bell are going to make them come,you are wrong because they dont care about it and if you are lucky and they come to attend you they come with a bad attitude dont even try to say "hi " or "good morning" because they wont say anything to you and if you say something you are going to be yelled and scolded making you feel bad they are the worst !!!! I have never been so aggravated in a store do not come to this store by any means you are going to be yelled and scold by people who you dont even know also they are going to reject to help you they do not care if you have anything else to do they just care about themselves

Went there last night for one item. There were three cashiers and about 75 people in line to pay. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes just to pay. When it was my turn the cashier told me to go to another line. I showed him my one item and he said he had to leave. I am a white male and he is a black male. It was clearly racial discrimination as he waited on the black customers in front on me with 20+ items. This is not the first time I have had to wait in line there, but the attitude of the employees at this walmart is the worst.

The employees here are SO RUDE and I did not find a single one to be helpful. I will never come here again. Walmart should start doing a questionnaire screening to make sure their employees even have the brain capacity to function in public settings. Also, do not EVER call them, they are so lazy they will just continue transferring you to the next person until someone not as lazy will help you, but it never even happens! Because theyre ALL LAZY!!

Wal-Marts excellence at strong arming suppliers, efficient operations, and business savy gives a store with lots of reasonable prices (best in the area). The only thing missing - really - is produce. I wouldnt buy your furniture here but if your not buying on-line, you cant beat the prices. Do NOT go to the store expecting to be handheld. The prices mean no customer service, if you want service buy your stuff from whole foods and nordstroms.

Very good service. I was there on 4/15/17 for new tires, oil change and a tire pressure sensor problem. Jose was very pleasant, took care of all the issues within 2 hours. They did not try to upsell me anything, or squeeze my wallet. I appreciate professional courteous and prompt service. I must admit that there were only 3 cars being serviced. Otherwise, it would have been normal for me to wait longer.

At self check out, the machine happened to freeze and lock up on me causing an inconvinence. Thankfully the manager and higher employees worked efficiently to aid me, and even offered a gift card for the hold up. amazing customer service, good selection and would give 5 stars if it werent for the machine breaking down.

Nice clean store but, the tire center customer service is horrible. Dont bother calling for anything the lady will just put you on hold and forget about you with out even letting you say a word! While in the store I saw her do it time after time. Horrible and annoying just learn some phone etiquette please.

I called this being the "2nd store" in my area to get a price and to find out if it was in stock on something in sporting goods waited 30 min for someone to answer and then when I got transferred I waited 20 min for no answer ! I guess they dont need my business !!!!!!!! Truly Descusted !!!!!

No express line open. Self checkout had at least two machines with no cash for cash back. Long lines at check out. Had to stand on shelf to get gallon distilled water. Gravity feed not feeding! Good thing Im 6 2"! No gallon spring water at all.

Employees were Very rude and for some reason kind of aggressive. I dont know why they were acting like this but Im not going back if thats how Im going to be treated. I would not recommend this Particular Walmart.

Walmart... You more or less know what you are getting into when you come here. The prices are good, but everything else........ Not so much. This one is a little better than others though.

Overall this store is good. Their sales associate Tony (sports area) was very nice and funny! Helped me get my keys copies very quickly. Overall I had a positive experience at this store.

Today the Milford store was great. Clean and Organize. It back to school season. So it was nice to the Managers on the floor helping staff getting things done.
