The shop might be ok，but some employee is very rude and mean, and even incapable for doing her job. I bought a box of orange on Jan 16, found 2 of them in the bottom was total moldy on the third day, but I was busied that week, so I did not have the chance to return until Jan 27. I didnt want to waste the rest of the box, so I kept them and brought the moldy two. I told the woman named Kristen the whole thing and said I just want to replace those two, because I didnt want them throw the good ones into trash can. As I just bought food and never thought about return them when I bought them, I failed to keep the receipt. In that case, she could just look up my transaction record to verify that. I was astonished that she did not find my record and said my last record was on Dec 3rd, which was total wrong. So, this woman who did not even know how to use her computer, and start insult me by implicating I was doing a fake return. She did replace the oranges, but with a attitude like I was get something from her. I talked to the manager, unfortunately, he did nothing to make this right, even make no attempt to investigate the facts and apologies for what happened. Did that Kristen thought her was God? How can Costco have someone like work at customer service counter? If it has minus star I think I will give -5.

The Costco in Milford is the worst managed Costco Ive ever come across.Long lines & very rude cashiers. they only had 3 cashiers open at checkout.I had a coupon which let me have free bottled water. The coupon says "Free" water and it was supposed to cover the whole amount, but when scanned it didnt. The cashier said it doesnt cover and i requested to please check whats written on the coupon and he gave me attitude. I had to request 3-4 times to have him recheck the coupon and then again he gives the take it or leave it attitude; not even willing to help out. This place made me hate Costco. I plan to cancel my membership the next time i go there.

As Costcos go this one which is well set back from the road is fairly benign. The shoppers at least on Saturday seemed well mannered and the number of demos, free give a ways were limited. The store was well stocked and the fruits, vegetables and meats (if you need the quantity) are well worth the cost of membership. Multiple check outs were open and the experience was as good as could be expected.

Cant wait to have a local Costco in East Lyme, CT. Great items at fair prices. KING CRAB LEGS ARE A MUST. FORGET Lobster, king crab legs are 95%meat, no heavy shells and bodies. 1lb per person is plenty. All cooked just heat in the oven at 325 degrees, in a dish with a little water covered with foil. When you smell the crab, it is ready. Cut the shell with kitchen shears.

As a former employee of Milford Costco I can tell you just how hard the men and women of this location work every day to make the member experience the best it can be. The store is always well stocked and clean. Lines can get long but the cashiers are some of the quickest out there. Prices cant be beat. Definitely my go to shopping place.

Have not been a member of Costco for along time. Saw an offer on groupon so figured what the heck. A little disappointed because the prices seemed to be a little higher than my local BJS. Great selection of merchandise though, much larger than my BJS in Derby. Just have to decide if its worth the extra miles to get there.

I purchase many of my business supplies, and because I have the business account I get 2% on a certain amount of products purchased which pays my membership fee, so I get the best products for my business and still save. I like that there are new products to try, Ive never been disappointed in any of my purchases.

It was a pleasure to visit the optical department today around 2. Although it was very busy they took the time to take care of me one on one. They were very helpful and efficient in helping me pick out a new set. This is my main reason I use the Costco Optical department. They are always on point.

Why did I pay for Costco Membership? Cheap chicken, bananas, and a few other things. But I almost cant take it. The "let me look in your cart and check of all items" the friggen long lines at every register (we guarantee at least 3 people in line per register). Do I save any money? I dunno.

The worst part about visiting this place is the Parking. You have to battle for a space at peak times. you can always count on spending a couple hundred dollars going to Costco.. They have great deals and a great selection of items. I will of Course keep going back .

wholesale (club) store with pretty much everything you could possibly want to buy. lots of seasonal stuff as well, always something new on the floor. visit for the food samples at the least, thats always a fun time (food samplers close at 5 by the way)

Parking is brutal, lines are always long especially in the fuel area. Not always easy to find help on the floor. Good values and frequent sampling are the main draw. Well stocked and organized, their product flow team must be doing a great job!

Good prices on gas and other groceries,. This location also has a liquor store with Kirkland brand vodka and tequila, which are pretty comperabe with much pricier brands.
