Great store to shop for almost anything & now that the grocery department has been added its such a life savor especially when its getting late & grocery stores have closed . 11pm on a late night of work I can buy veggies now for my pet Bunnies:) The discounts in the technology department is not always on sale so you can say they dont have gimmicky sales as most places tend to do . I just wish that the credit card department when I speak to them would actually treat me like a human being . Its so obvious that its a bunch of young overqualified kids that are millennials that are angry that they cant find another higher paying job . I had an instance where my payment was not excepted with that department after I made the payment at the store and was assured that I was on time with my payment in the store but the store is a separate department so when I called to explain my payment was made in the store the credit department was condescending which was on the same day of a no travel code was enforced from a huge blizzard so I couldnt use the internet since power went down & I still trekked through the snow against the law put into effect by our county political office & the system at Target was also down so I was told something and was forced to pay a late fee even when I paid on the due date on time confirmed by the store manager. I was never late on any payments and after the big Target hack that happened it amazed me that I was treated like such disrespect by the credit department. One thing I recommend is bye something and have the cash to pay it right after the purchase of your Target Red Card or face the $35 late fee btw my balance was only $63 so besides the interest to boot I paid a APR of about 1000% if you call the incorrect late fee & interest as what it really is theft I paid 150% for my item but thats not Target the stores fault . I wont ever forget the nasty attitude I caught from the credit department. She had people laughing in the background at my expense & when I asked for a manager she said as far as your concerned Im the manager and theirs nobody else that you can speak with . I asked for a return call & received nothing from the credit department as asked . Pay cash after you charge this way Target will never make a cent in interest on the banking side which will hurt their bottom line & make that department think about another approach to deal with valued paying customers.

Went there today for my 89 year old Mom, so she could physically see a cell phone they sell specifically for seniors (large buttons, easy to use). When we found the electronics dept we saw that it was under construction, but still had people shopping in it, and no signs indicating anything other than business as usual. Looked for the phone, and couldnt find it. So I asked a woman at the register, who was doing nothing other than leaning on the counter, about the phone. She grunted, sighed and started searching under her counter. About 5 minutes later she produced a flyer. We explained that we had seen the phone online, and wanted to physically see one "please. Her response blew me away. She informed me that there were none on display, and yes they did have them in the storeroom (door about 30 feet away) but someone would have to go look for it, and when they did finally locate one, we would not be able to see it because it was in a box. Which she then told us she would not allow us to open prior to purchasing it. I replied, "so let me get this right, you have the phone, its in the store room, but you dont want to get it for us because its in a box and we wont be permitted to see it without purchasing one?" Her response? "Yep, thats right" : O. My Mom and I walked away and out of the store. OMG! Never, ever, ever going back there again. This woman was clearly comfortable in her lack of customer service, and was "educated" enough to realize we were annoyed. This leads me to believe there is a huge lack of training and monitoring employee customer service. I was so shocked by the blatant lack of self pride in this lady it shook me. Terrible customer service, or lack of.

I beg to differ! Had the worst experience here. Needed a necklace chain from jewelry. Rang the buzzer. A woman came saying someone with a key would come soon. 10 mins later a short chubby dirty blonde hair girl comes over, looks at me, doesnt acknowledge me standing there, and goes and stares at the counter. I was like umm excuse can I have some help by the necklace chains over here? She said okay, asked which one. I said the one in the middle. She wasnt listening and grabbed 3 diff Chains out. Then she goes ill ring u up here. Walked over got out my stuff. She then looks at me like I have 10 heads and says we have to ring up front. And I said thats fine u said here first but its ok whatever. On top of her giving me an attitude when I was trying to laugh n be friendly, SHE OVER CHARGED ME when I told her 10x Im buying this chain bc its the best length and cheapest. Said 10x it was such price. Thanks a lot rude girl. And going into the fitting room earlier with my ONE ITEM to try on I was given double takes and was checked! Like wow I wanted to try on one item and I am glanced at like Im a thief and halted! The people here are RUDE.

Medford Store is a dump!! it went down hill fast. Expired meat in cases .Mold growing in milk refrigerators and expired Dairy products. employees dont replenish stock during the day when they know the merchandise is in the back refrigerators.Store is ran by children. a business should be ran by adults not kids!!! Employees found out that they will now be eliminating the overnight pack out stockers which means they will be packing out during the day when the store is full of people And target just disrupted their lifes!!. So why would I want to be forced to walk down an Isle because they are packing out. Corporation is horrible . Hope they lose employees Target does not care about their workers they treat them like dirt and pay like dirt salaries. I will now shop elsewhere and the prices are no better than other stores. Horrible what is this world coming to!!! The children mangers have a power trip belittling older workers.. rude!!! PISSED OFF CONSUMER!!!!

Ive always found the store and parking lot to be very clean. Years past, they had some of the best food prices, I believe to get into the food business, but now you really have to watch and compare. The store hours are wonderful. It you forget anything, they open earlier and stay open later than the nationally posted Target hours of operation. If you watch for sales, they do have very good prices. Other than Costcos, this is where I shop for food.

Its a department store so nothing too special about it. Store is kept neat and organized. A lot of employees however turn the other way when they see a customer, making it hard to get help. When I do manage to get a hold of someone and ask for help they just pull out their phone and look at the target app to figure out if and where an item would be.
