This was my first time trying groomer services at this location and, what a disappointment, called to set up an appointment on Sunday morning; I was told to bring dog by 3pm, got you location by 2.45, left my dog and left. They man told to come back around 6.30, I figured if I come back around 5.30 if will be working on her, but that was not the case, 5.35 comes, went to the groomer section and my dog was not even started yet. How can this be possible? What type of service is this? The man was very respectful and told he was alone since other guy called sick. But what bothers me, is why didn’t anyone called to let me know that it was too busy, I would have re schedule another appt? Im pretty sure the MANAGER of that store knew that they were short in groomers; why didnt he/she informed this so this type pf problem be avoid? Why Store scheduled many dogs at the same time when there is NOT ENOUGH Staffs. Why I was told a certain time to bring my dog if its not going to be done on TIME!! Was pretty upset at this situation, couldn’t wait any longer so I took my dog and left around 5.50pm. WORST WORST WORST Customer experience ever.

Our gold fish tank started with one goldfish that we won at a carnival, which is still surviving after 2 months. So it didnt get lonely we went to this petco to get her some friends. We first got a Red Cap Oranda. Then two days later we got one of those chubby goldfish and one with black specks. The next day the chubby one died. We went back to petco to get refund or a new fish but, when we got there we found that they were selling up infected fish. At first they expected us to buy medicine but, a quick talk with the manger lead us to a refund for all 3 fish. On the plus side, the manager was very curtious. When we got back home from petco and saw that the Red Cap had died as well. Since we didnt know themfish were infected, our first goldfish got sick, too. We are disappointed at the time we wasted trying to build our aquarium but, we are more sadden at the dying fish.

I used to take my dogs to the grooming salon, but one day I stepped in and one of the young groomers was in the back. He did not know I was in the room and I heard him yelling at the dogs "stay still you little B**ch". He then came out as if nothing happened. I questioned him and he nervously laughed it off and said he was joking. Needless to say, I did not leave my dog there even after the manager tried to convince me. I would never leave my dog there to be mistreated!! Please dont take your dogs here!

I took my German shepherd dog for grooming and have gotten the worst experience ever.. I brought my dog and the lady there was afraid to take my dog and told me she wont take my dog and made a bunch of excuses telling me my dog is aggressive which wasnt the case. They do not know how to handle the job correctly. I have gotten the worst experience there and i wont be returning. Since Petco didnt accept my dog i went to another place where they have taken my dog without a problem.

My son took my persian cat for a grooming on Friday 15, and when he came to pick him up they had told him that he had some type of glue on his stomach which most likely wasnt the case because I comb him everyday. Now he has a cut on his stomach from the poor grooming that has been given to him.Please do not take your pet here for a grooming, if you do youre putting your pet at risk for an injury.

Very helpful staff, selection is good and they once gave me a leash when I found a lost dog ... later that day the owners saw me walking the dog while they were looking for her, she ended up walking 10 blocks away from her home! Wonderful little dog though. Amazing how she knew her neighborhood once I was in the vicinity of it, started to pull me towards her home ... dogs.

This is one of the busier Petco stores. There are almost always training, vacination and adoption events going on which is nice. The stock is well maintained but the cashier service is typically the weak point. Theres usually a line that builds up until the single cashier finally calls for help and suddenly 3 more people are helping with checkout.

Always try another person, if you feel that it wasnt enough. Lesson learned! One young woman told me over the phone that they dont carry what I need, I felt like she didnt understand what I need, so I called again. the second attempt an other person told me that they have it in stock. And they did :)

This place is great. Every now and then they will have vets come here to give dogs their vaccinations for a cheap price, much cheaper than your regular vets. Its done quickly and painlessly, they can even put chips in your dog. I got everything done for less than 80$
