All the staff are very friendly. The manager is especially helpful and knowledgeable. She told me everything I needed to know about Betta fish. I highly recommend going to this Petland. When I went to the Upper west side petland, I did not receive the same service and they sold me the wrong solution for my fish and nearly killed it. Not everyone working at a pet shop knows everything but the staff at this location really knows their stuff!
