With over a years experience of caring for a rabbit, becoming a regular customer at this local Petland has been an important experience. Ive supplied my rabbit with all the significant hay and pellets coming here. Ive even spoiled him with some treats and toys grooming substances from this place. Im familiar with some of the employees by now; theyre very friendly and know what theyre involved in. Whenever I come in, I dont leave empty-handed, since theyre always stocked with the right hay I need.

I have ordered from this location several times. The guy who answered the phone twice today would not deliver to me. My dog was bitten and he is sedated so I cant leave him....they didnt care.....I called Petland discounts in Forest Hills and another one close by. All said no. Petland discounts.....no more money from me.....I suggest you call or go to Unleashed by Petco close by......off the expressway.

I bought a Lovebird from this store and have since visited many other Petland stores looking for a friend for my bird. I have to say that this is the only store where the employees know what theyre talking about. They seem to know the personality of each bird, while other stores employees would just shrug and say they had no idea to pretty much every question I asked.

Sucky service omg ! They are so lazy and slow ! There is this one Spanish older man who works there he is so rude I think he is racist he always act like he has something up his butt or his panties are to tight

Absolutely not recommended! Worst service you can ever get from any business. Totally unmotivated worker, and service with an attitude is all youll get. If I could rate it a zero, I would have.
