This place USUALLY has great service and staff is USUALLY very helpful. You can usually haggle a bit on the prices, but be careful because some of their staff jack up the prices on purpose to higher than they are supposed to be. One item I asked about was quoted at $25 dollars, the next time I went in a different employee told me it was $20, but finally sold it to me for $15 because I was buying other things... I will never purchase anything from the staff member who quoted me $25 again and often just walk out if I see them there.

There are no words to describe the feeling when you walk into a Utopia store except why dont they have more of them. I do wish they had more vitage items and at least a few larger items on hand just in case big guys like me deside the big Gothic boots would look great. I would like to see more Cthulhu and occult stuff. But other then that Ive got no grips. Much love Utopia!

Decent selection, pricing was slightly above MSRP. Staff had product knowledge but unprofessional comport and poor process. Presented multiple opportunities for post-purchase issue resolution, was rebuffed repeatedly until I offered to have Visa take care of me if they werent able. Recommend deescalation and more proactive customer service training.

This is a nice place. I remember as a younger kid they were always annoying with checking my ID in the smoke room, but being a little older I like shopping here. Bought a vape for myself and the guy behind the counter spent 20 minutes with me going over everything. Would recommend.

Im not a regular visitor. But a friend said they had what I needed at a good price and I was happy you see it there. Then the staff told me all about it and showed me how to use it. Highly recommend this place. If you need help just ask! The great staff make the place comfortable.

The new store has a very clean atmosphere. The merchandise is kept clean and each section is assorted rather nicely. Their pipes and tobacco products are kept in lovely glass cabinets and table tops. I will most certainly continue to shop here.

First time Ive been there since theyve relocated right down the road, I feel, for like the 3rd time. Either way, the place was just what I expected, cute girls working there was a plus ;) Had your typical Utopia type items youd be expecting!

Great store! Amazing variety of glass. New store is beyond impressive. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I love shopping there. About to go today for some new vape batteries. Highly recommended.
