I was inside the orange VIP this afternoon and as usual I had a bad experience. The bigger lady with glasses that calls herself the "GM" is one of the rudest customer service reps Ive ever spoke to. She is very innappropriate and swears while talking to customers and also heard her speaking rudely to the woman on the register as I was being checked out the last time I was in which was very unprofessional! Repremanding your crew members is one thing (and do it in the break room not in front of customers!!!) but she is out right NASTY!!! and some of them are only young girls. Most of the crew is friendly and always asks if I need any help and seem to be knowledgable on some of the products. Me and my girlfriend love to shop there but the customer service is terrible!!!!!!! Today I was shopping for a suprise gift for my lady and the girl roaming around the store working was definetely ON DRUGS! and lots of them! She was practically asleep while she was talking to me! Scratching her face and chest and her nose then touching my toys! GROSS! She was visibly on drugs and maybe even intoxicated too! This place is crazy, if west haven had any other adult stores, VIP would never get my business again! BEWARE of the drug addicts that work here! Tall, skinny lanky younger lady with long brown hair. Id never seen her there before today was a first, but I almost wanted to call 911 because I was afraid for her own safety! Hope she wasnt driving home because she was practically asleep even talking to me I thought she was going to fall over!!!!!!!!! VIP, i love your products but your employees need improvement!!!!

I came in here the other day. The shopping experience was very uncomfortable. Every time I walked some where there was an employee following me. I felt like I could not pick out lingerie without eyes watching over me. If this is their form of security, the owner is cheap to not hire an actual person to watch cameras. The staff was either friendly, stalking you, or high on drugs falling over and nodding off while talking to you. And the big woman with glasses was a complete disgrace to humanity. She looked filthy and has a mouth of a dockworker. Isnt this the same woman that was on the news for having a fight with an employee? Its too bad the place is beautiful and full of trash and slobs. Ill never return again. Overpriced as well!!!

Just was in the store with a friend. She was looking for something specific, but we browsed the entire store because it is interesting. During this time my friend and I were asked if we needed help 3 different times and each time we said no. Then as we were nearing the register and browsing the knives, 3 employees came over to ask "if we needed help". When I called to complain about how uncomfortable they made us feel and how wronged we felt, they said they thought we were stealing and that they wont apologize . Why would they think that we are stealing? There was a couple in the store before us, that rang out their items the same time we did. Very unprofessional, insulting, and rude. I will not be back again.

The store is nice. Well kept but when you have staff who are telling across the floor, talking on the phone loudly, laughing and giggling. The woman at the front .. Unprofessional. She was on the phone. We were asking questions about products but felt like we had excuse her because she was on the phone. Youre working. Talk on your personal time. Not on company time. One of the ladies were really nice, I was a little shy but she was awesome! I would love to give her 5 stars for being so amazing. The reason why Im giving 1 star? Because the the rude, annoying, yickity yack at the front desk. Off the phone and do your job.

Great selection but the high prices and lazy, lowkey racist staff can do a lot better. I didnt feel comfortable walking around the store with my friends. Apparently youre not allowed to laugh or have conversations about the products. I got followed around the store like a criminal, but could barely get help when I actually needed it. Couldnt help but notice other (white) customers werent being followed. Im never coming back.

Check your pipes before you open their doors. Sold me a broken pipe. Opened the door went onto the sidewalk and peeled their sticker off. Pipe split in two. Walked back in. You think they replaced it? My money back?? I was given an email address and told to leave. Fact: A happy customer will tell 2-3 people about their experience. An unhappy customer will tell up to 10. I come here regularly but on this particular night I was asked to show my id. I asked the staff did sh she did not ask the people in front of me for their id because they are white. As soon as I said that she just walked off and continued on. Like really? If your going to card someone then you need to card everyone one regardless of what age they look like.

Decent selection for many different items, though fairly lacking in impact play and bondage equipment. Extensive lingerie section that you can try on, but all of it is designed for women. All in all, decent place, especially if youre looking for something vanilla and straight.

Above average adult store. Its clean, doesnt feel skeevy, and as far as Ive seen they have an all female staff. Its not Good Vibrations or Babeland, but its the best there is around here.

Discrete parking makes it a plus for my wife and the selection in merchandise is enormous. Wish the staff was more involved but overall I good place to shop
