Customer Service is superb. The Grandma was nice and honest when I asked her opinion about a faux fur I was thinking to buy for a halloween costume. She told me it wasnt worth it because its so expensive for a one time costume wear. On top of that, the store has WIDE selection of ribbons! Good variety of fabric, yarn and buttons/zippers/felt. There are more than I can remember. Its small but packed with things for almost any project you have.

Customer service is awesome. A bit small to walk through because they use every available space.Its orgaized ill give them that . Only one person fits comfortably in the isle. Found everything I needed to make a little mermaid tutu & other costume. Priced reasonably. Would shop here again & tell my friends to go.

Whenever I need anything I know the only place to go is Lanas. They have anything you need and are always helpful. The yarns are wonderful and when you need a zipper or buttons for a sweater that you have made they always have what you need and help with the proper choices. A great place to go.

The place does have a lot of yarn to chose from. Fabric is not so good. The customer care is horrible and they scam! I was scammed by 20 dollars. I shopped there for quiet some time but after the guy did this I will not come back. ( oh he did this intentionally!)

This store looks small from the outside, and it is, but they have SO MUCH of EVERYTHING! PLENTY of yarn, hooks, trims and all sorts of things! Even sparkly embroidery thread! EVERYTHING. The only thing I hate is that they dont accept credit cards.
