My experience with this store is is not a good one, I understand that they have a policy of no refund rather than just a store credit but,I orderer shoes that happen to run not true to size and I really liked them but had to exchange,and they never specified on their web site that shoes runs bigger. I called customer service, if you can call it a customer service, and I was told : "We never had and never will pay for your shipping , if you need to return it, return it and pay shipping again." So now I have to pay shipping to return those shoes, they will give me a store credit, then I have to go and order a different size and pay shipping again, not to mention a restocking fee of $14 that they will deduct from my store credit, I do not recommend to use this website to anyone unless you are ok with paying shipping three times for exchange and restocking fees. P.S I live in NYC and they have 2 stores in here and they are not letting me to go to a store and exchange it.

A little known retail gem for the streetwear brand Kith tucked away between Barclays Center and Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn houses the expensive and minimalist Kith collection alongside their curated selection of designers like John Elliot and Off White and various sneakers. The real draw for this location is the Kith Cereal Bar. Legend has it that the founder of the Kith brand -Ronnie Fieg- was never allowed to eat sugary cereals. So, he decided open the cereal bar where you can order from dozens of cereals and curated combinations as well as have your favorite cereals blended with vanilla soft-serve ice cream. Its just about the only affordable thing you can get at Kith.

All I could imagine is a six year old walking by and reading that window out loud. What a horror! How would you like your child or young sibling reading HAPPY F---ING HOLIDAY on a store window? The store closes at 9 and advises in their website that they start shutting down the machines at 8:45 pm. I got there at 8:30 on the dot , the lady took the gentleman in front of me and told me she wasnt taking anybody after we both walked in at the same time. I drove all the way from CT to have this ice cream and was extremely upset the girl couldnt take a simple ice cream order and tried telling me they close at 8:30 pm and thats the "policy" but my sister has been here before and says thats a lie.

Im a sneaker head at heart and Kith is basically the equivalent of Mecca to sneaker heads. Its a brilliantly curated gallery of clothing, art, accessories, books and sneakers to keep the freshest among mankind at our best. They have all the hottest sneakers and they have them first. If yout want your style to be as fresh as a vegetable stand on a Saturday morning, this is the place to go. Oh, and they serve homemade soft-serve ice cream and epic cereal combos. Stop reading this and go already!

Came here around closing time with a friend to try out the ice cream and it was great. It was super cool being able to choose, and watch the cereal being blended into the ice cream. I will give a teeny bit of a warning to be careful of buying with cards at this specific location. Theres a mandatory tip you must to choose that will be added to the price of your ice cream purchase. Overall it was fun experience and Ill definitely be coming back with more friends.

dope spot for the goodies, they always have stuff way out of your price range for the ballers and stuff more in my price range which is a good thing. every time i go there i learn about a new brand, see sneakers i didnt know came out. staff is always nice and cool and not over your shoulder. if you want to get fresh kith is the spot to go. i follow them on IG and check out the website frequently to see if anything new is up.

Kith is super trendy and the music is awesome. The clothes are high quality, but can be on the pricier side. They sell a bunch of different classic and swaggy shoe brands. Their ice cream window is one of a kind, as they mix in all of the best sugary kinds of cereal into your ice cream. You can also get milk shakes and a shoebox with cereal, milk and toppings. It is a unique experience and definitely worth it!

a pair of new balance commissioned on May 19, canceled by kith nyc shop, due to the May 21 inventory error. Then nothing of outreach. Fortunately, I carried the order by paypal. reimburse, on 9 June, three weeks after the order. 3 weeks of waiting. In this case, I inform a lack of professionalism and respect towards the customer. Pay by paypal only or order elsewhere!!

A decent size store for sneaker and apparel lovers. They drop some really unique and popular sneakers here. So far as I have been coming here I never had an no issues. Staff is helpful and chill here. They have been very informative with all inquires and concerns. The store is always clean and well maintained. Everything is easy to find and overall a nice experience.

BUYER BEWARE: I bought a pair of Nikes and the pull strap came undone on the second wear. They refused to accept the product and told me it was Nikes policy and I needed to reach out to them. Needless to say, Nike states pretty clearly that you should do the easiest thing and return defective merchandise to your retailer. Never going there again.

Super dope sneaker and apparel store. Cool design - if youre into hip hop street style and sneaker culture (high end), then visit. I felt like many of the shoes were modern selections and color ways. Would have been nice to see more classics incorporated. Also they have a cereal bar where you can get cereal based treats, fun!

Very cool store. Nice design. Good choice of sneakers (not a lot but quality is there). Clothes are way too pricey but its the hype and its boring to see everyone there wanting to look like Kanye West lol. And their Cereal Bar is really something to try. And u can meet celebrities here, i ran onto Usher last time.

Great store with great products. Both shops are top-notch, especially after the makeovers they both received. Very classy look, and service is great. Always helpful but never constantly over your shoulder making you uncomfortable. Every time I stop in NYC, I make it a point to make my way to Kith!

Dope sneaker spot with plenty of limited releases and collabs with owner Ronnie Fieg. They also stock high end streetwear and fashion books. Cool layout. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
