Worst. customer service(. included security man) and. most dirty I ever see store . I AM not talking about a mass made by customers. This is about a dust. on thę shelves., boxes, where. after a touch. hands. get dirty.Included. counter. by customer service (cashiers) Cashiers extremly slow., OF course with such long ugly nails. Się is worry. about fale nails . Does anyone realize. a Long. (1"-2" Long. tips ) "nails. tips" slower. na employee. worki?! Associate. did not take a security tag. from one of my item. Good news for shoplifters.! Alarm not working! Security man very mean and commanding , bad attitude ! Tołd me where the shopping cart goes, after I try take outside with my shopping bags. At. any Sears store, where is a parking for cars. customers can take outside a shopping cars . Sugesstion for Security man. Lower your voice! Take racial managment classes. I called store. two days later , to speak. with manager without any luck. Another rude employee anserw phone. Very unpleasant voice. she tołd me ". hes not where." After asking for his name and her name she. hanged up with really loud hang up ! I sugest these emploeeys. send for trening with good. mannear ., they have high temper problem. Possible racial problem . Maybe drug problem ? . This store. is closer , where I live recently. Hopę This review store manager will be read. I AM waiting to resolve problem with security tag which is on one of my purchased items. I was reading review before I got to the store . However I did get try . One star is only for items I purchased. No eithe. employee . or security man. deserve any star from me ! Because I have to go backup to the store to get remove a security tag. , I have to take Taxi ($25.00) I want speak. with. a manager. This is mistake. nade by employee , Because OF her negligence. and "brain out ot OF head " I have to go backup to that store. and waste my time and money. I will try contact manager and notify Public in another review how was resolveI this issue. This STORE doesntt have na EMPLOYEE on the floor to help a customers. In reading horror stories of the Kenmore 2.7 cu ft fridge arriving banged up in shipment, I opted to go in and pick it up. In shipment I thought meant not Sears per se but UPS or whoever. Anyway, between 3 stores, I chose the one with the most in stock so that if they bring me a dinger from the warehouse, I could return it right then and there. I was brought a dinger... the box was literally falling apart and the guy in the warehouse proceeded to yell at me when I pointed it out and asked if he could bring another one. He lied saying that it was the only one when I had it confirmed that there were 15 in stock. Then he changed his story to it was the best one. Really? Mind you this was a slow day (10 Feb). It was snowing so bad that you could not see your hand in front of you. I was surprised that they were even open. My point... there was no one else there in pick-up. Maybe I was distracting him from chatting on the phone or maybe he was watching TV? Whatever the case, he actually agreed to return it vs going and getting another one...! How’s that for customer service… a Jamaican or Haitian guy... not sure. So I go back in the store and explain to the salesman what happened and that I want my money back. He then suggests I pick one from the floor...(?!) It was at this point I was directed to roughly 6 units sitting in the middle of an aisle. Why was this not an option from the start? Long story short... the boxes were in better shape but not much better. I took the best looking one and guess what, it either has a ding from shipment to the location, mishandling in the warehouse or a manufacturing defect. Whatever the case, I have the max warranty and so far so good. I just hope that this thing never breaks down. Who knows what kind of madman I will need to allow into my home. Who is running this company anyway???

Never again will I go to this Sears or probably any other Sears just because of how bad of an experience I had. On Saturday morning (5/28/2016) I placed an order over the phone to pick up an Air Conditioner, I was told on the phone that the AC was in stock in the store and that I would receive an email once its ready to be picked up. I figured no problem it will maybe take about an hour for me to get the email since the AC was apparently to my knowledge in stock. About 2 hours went by still no email, I called Sears and they said that I just need to wait for the email. More hours went by, I at this pojnt cleaned my whole house and took a nap! Woke up and called Sears again to hear the same thing for me to just wait for the email. Another hour went by and my boyfriend insisted that he called, they took the recipt number and told him that the AC was not in stock! You would think that they would have the decency to call us and tell us that so we could make other moves. So the guy told my boyfriend that we could go to the store and just exchange it to another AC around the same price range and no problem, I go to Sears Sunday (5/29/2016) and tell them exactly what they told me on the phone and the lady at the counter told me that I would have to call to cancel the whole order and basically wait for the money to come back into my account and then order another one. I felt like that wasnt enough for me and I did not want to walk out of Sears with out an an AC so I decided to walk to merchandise pick up and I told the guy there the same story and he asked for my phone number and he said that the AC was in stock, I was so mad that I even went through all that that at that point I just wanted the damn AC and leave already. Dont ever order on the phone for pick up at this Sears or in my opinion any Sears.

Horrible experience x2. I saw a good deal on something online so I ordered it for pickup at this location. Both times I arrived and the people there were so incompetent. I showed them what I was picking up and the order details and they still had no clue what it was it where to find it. Place is extremely disorganized and things are all over the place with no order whatsoever. First time they found my order after approximately 20 minutes of searches. The second time I was there for almost an hour during which time multiple people came up to me asking me what exactly it is I was picking up. Then they started bringing unlabeled merchandise to me and asking me if thats what i ordered. Then a worker came to me and said they cant locate it after which I asked to speak with the supervisor and about 10 minutes later one of the items was finally found. The other one I just gave up on, its ridiculous, even when I called the customer service I had to call them 5 times because the reps either kept putting me in hold permanently or dropped the phone calls. When I finally got a decent rep she told me she called the pick up center and they said the person who accepted my item at the pick-up location wasnt working that day so I have to go back the day he comes to work bc hes the only one who knows where it is. What kinda bs is that!?! No wonder sears is slowly going out of business
