Every time I come to this store, nobody cares to help me. The first time I simply needed to pick up a case I purchased online for pick up. I was told to wait at a table and I was left stranded for 15 minutes. I was at an empty table, it literally had no product on it, so I clearly needed help and nobody cared because they were too busy taking amongst themselves. I had to ask another person to help me and I had to wait some more for someone to bring me a case I should have just plucked from the shelf myself. What a mistake it is to think it would be more convenient to purchase something beforehand online for pick up. The second time, I went to return something and the woman at the door did not acknowledge me at all while she spoke another to the customer. I waited for her to be finished but when she was, she started speaking to the customer who came in after me, so I stood in front of her so she would notice me. She made it clear she was not interested by turning herself away from me, so I had to find someone else to help me. The man I spoke with asked a woman who was ringing out a customer to help me with my return when she was done. I waited for her to be finished at the table she was at. Then I looked up and she completely disappeared. I sought out the man who told her to help me and told him she disappeared. He asked me where she went and I said I did not know because I looked up and she was gone. He didnt seem to believe and and half heartedly tried to apologize for her by saying that they were busy. Quite frankly, it doesnt matter how busy you are. You dont agree to help someone standing near you and then disappear because you dont want to take a return. Im so done with this joke of a store, I will just buy things online and have them shipped to me. Dont bother with this place.

I thought if I took 2 minutes to write about the experience I had in this place, it might do some good to those who work there if ever happen to read this. After being assured by an Apple agent over the phone that my new iphone 7 plus is ready for pick up at this store, I set out to pick it up. Upon arrival at 8:57 pm the guy working the door wouldnt let me in and locked the doors. I asked if he could please let me in Im just here to pick up what I paid for. While he was interrogating me with questions about my order, I tried to load that ready email but my phone was too slow. He finally said I can ask one of the agents, which I did. The agent said I had to show him the email or text saying it is ready or I couldnt get it. I then asked for a manager, he asked for my case number and pointed to the manageAs I walked away, he calls me back saying "its not ready". I asked if I can still see the manager and finally did. I asked if it can please be checked again and manager says, if my employee says its not ready, then we cant help you. Yet I still stood there searching my cellphone, another manager then came who was actually polite and said, lets see what we can do. He checked and then said, "Would you like me to get your new iphone, sir?" As he spoke, my ready email finally loaded. It was sent to me hours ago saying it was ready. So is there a glitch in the system? Or is there another problem here?

i was not happy with my experience at all. i went in today to try and get my screen fixed that my friend had broken. my friend and i had went to speak with a manager on how he will be able to pay for the damage on my phone that he had done. As my friend is asking the manager many of questions on possible way to pay for the damage, the manager Paul says "let me ask you this are yo dying or bleeding to the point where you are dying?" i find this very rude. we were not rude to this guy at all and for him to say something like this was very unacceptable.after having words with Paul and telling him about his unacceptable customer service he then threatens to kick me out the store then says he will call the police. i have been a loyal customer to apple and i do not like the way i was treated this is very rude and a bad look for this brand.

The queue system was chaotic, the staff didnt seem to know what they were doing, and the layout was clumsy. In my case, after waiting to speak with someone and being promised I was in a queue, a guy whod arrived way after me grabbed the only free sales associate. The associate started to help him, so I interrupted. They discovered that, indeed, I should have already been helped! Then, the salesperson who did help me told me that, according to her, there were no more Apple Watches of the kind I wanted available in New York City. I told her that Id seen some on the Apple website at the Meatpacking location, and she told me I was wrong. I then proceeded to order one for pickup 45 minutes later on my iPhone, hopped on the L train and was in and out of MeatPacking in under 3 minutes, Apple Watch in hand.

I bought my iPhone a few weeks ago from here and have since been back 3 times to buy accessories, take a workshop and check out an Apple Watch. Nice and friendly staff. Clean store... But go at off hours. If you go on the weekends or peak hours its an absolute zoo with people and kids everywhere including unattended screaming infants!! (Flow and crowd control arent things Apple does well apparently.) You are often stood waiting 20+ minutes just for a sales rep to come over so you can buy an iPhone/Apple Watch/iPad/Mac/etc. Apple needs another Brooklyn location so that this one isnt so overrun. (Might I suggest Downtown Bklyn, Bklyn Heights or Park Slope?) Otherwise, if you go at an off peak hour, its a pleasant Apple experience with nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I came into the store to see a genius person because my macbook pro charger stopped working. They took my number and texted me an hour later that my appointment was coming up and to come back into the store. I then came into the store to check in and the girl said I have to wait another 30 min. I waited another 1.30 min and asked twice if my appointment was close, both times they said Im next. In the end no one came so I just walked up to a genius person that was talking to a friend, and complained iv been here forever and wanted to speak to a manager. He then told me the charger is out of warranty and the manager cant do anything. I dont understand why someone did not just tell me that chargers are out of warrenty if the computer is.
