I would a negative star if I could. Dear Disney Store at Broadway, This requires your attention. One of your Elvis characters approached my Korean family and asked - quite tactlessly - if we wanted our picture taken. We politely said no. I thought this would have been the end of it. But, I was unfortunately wrong. Instead of walking away or asking someone else, he says shamelessly: "Yeah, I dont like Chinese people anyway. Go back to where you came from." Is this the kind of employee you want to hire under your name? If you want this guys description, he worked Wednesday, 7/29, and seems to have left with a black backpack on at around 6:00-7:00PM. I was highly offended. Obviously, he thought we were some kind of tourists, not Americans. Which, first of all, I get is for business. Im not offended by that part. If I was a tourist, Id be amused by this stuff too. What I doubt ANYONE would be amused by, is a blatant racial slur and open display of bigotry to people walking by, ON THE JOB. Can someone explain to me why hed say this sh** and then proceed to walk away with a backpack on as if hes off the clock? I expect a response. I will call if this does not get any attention.

This is by far ridiculous. I remember going into this store and being amazed by the size, service and all the items being sold. My comments to Disney corporation is this: So what if the store sells the same or different stuff from the Theme parks and traditional Disney stores; youre making money regardless. Stop being so greedy. You guys make over 1 million dollars in a month just in your theme parks alone. I rather be able to get merch. beyond your parks because I dont have 90.00 to pay for my ticket plus parking which is 15.00. You need more big outlet stores like how this one in New York use to be. If youre going to change it to traditional, then you should change some inventory of all your traditional stores so they can be like how this store use to be and how the store in Down Town Disney is. Down Town Disney is located in Orlando, FL. Its free and a great outlet shopping center. Again, stop being greedy Disney. What would Walt want? He would want his fans happy, not wallet broke, not in credit card debt, no checks bouncing, and most definitely not have his business become some high global empire like what Steve Jobs is doing with Apple or Gates with Microsoft.

미국 여행 갈 때마다 꼭 들리는 디즈니 스토어. 어른도 볼 거리, 구경할 거리, 지름신이 내리는 놀라운 장소. 제가 방문했던 17년 4월에는 곧 가디언즈 오브 갤럭시 2 개봉을 앞두고 있어서인지 1층부터 가오갤 관련 상품이 메인으로 나와 있었습니다. 미녀와 야수 영화판 굿즈나 겨울왕국 굿즈는 스테디셀러구요. 단점이 있다면, 뉴욕의 디즈니 스토어는 항상 너무 붐비기 때문에 의외로 물량이 많지 않고 제대로 쇼핑하긴 힘들다는 점입니다. 썸썸 인형이나 마블 굿즈 같은 경우에는 물량이 거의 다 떨어졌고 잘 채워지지가 않더라고요. 미국 대도시 내 디즈니 스토어로는 오히려 시카고가 더 구색을 잘 갖췄던 것 같습니다.

Disney store ini masih berada dikawasan TimeSquare New York. Disney Store ini terdiri dari dua lantai. Kalau tidak salah di lantai satu lebih banyak dinominasi dengan boneka, Pakaian, sovenir dan di lantai dua lebih dinominasi dengan mainan anak-anak. Di Disney Store ini menjual sovenir khas new york, seperti kartupos, mickey mouse dengan kostum patung liberty dan lain-lain. Toko ini wajib dikunjungi jika kamu penggemar tokoh-tokoh disney dan ingin membelikan mainan bertema disney kepada anak kamu.

This was by far my favorite shop we stopped in at Times Square and Rockefeller Center! When we went it was not crowded. Even if it was, the displays are spaced very nicely so there is plenty of room between to walk. The prices were reasonable for any Disney store period. Of course there was a lot of NY merchandise....you ARE in NY!! There was a great selection of stuff for all characters and all ages and genders. I wish there had been more old school Beauty and the Beast stuff. I dont like the new movie and that darn Belle doll was creepy! That is my favorite fairy tale and I wish they had more cups and ts. My son loves Star Wars and got some great deal on that. There was also a cool Star Trooper display to get your pic with. The decor was beautiful! I loved the castle in the back and the view from the escalator was amazing. Be sure to look around going up and down! The staff was very friendly as well. We will definitely return to this store when we come back to NYC.

PandaDomo NYC

One of the most magical places in Time Square! You really feel the Disney magic the second you walk in. I honestly loved the old 5th avenue site best because everything was spread out but the Time Square location has many similar elements of magic although it is in a narrower space. One of my favorite parts about the store is the escalator, as strange as that sounds. They originally had the walls lined with welcome and thank you phrases but now its painted as if it were straight out of Tangled with all of the lanterns surrounding you. The castle where all of the princess items are located is also much larger here than other Disney Stores Ive been to, which is a blast for my nieces. They also have a large Lightening McQueen car on the second floor, which is fun for my nephew. Overall, very clean and orderly store with tons of Disney magic in every corner.

Worst customer service of any Disney Store I have been. This is not the first time either. I am writing a review because it happens almost every time I go. Whether its a return, exchange or a regular purchase, there is always attitude or a problem. It is sugar coated with the Have a magical day after the horrible service. (And I work for Disney so it just blows my mind the way patrons are treated). Out of stock, out of mind. No one goes over and above to help find something, to answer a question, to find it at another store or online. They just keep the registers ringing with mindless associates that can not answer basic questions. Doesnt the designer doll come with a fancy bag with a ribbon handle? I dont know. If so, they didnt send us any. Ugh, I dont want to pay shipping but online is the way to go.

Una probada de lo que es la magia de Disney, dependiendo la película es la decoración de la tienda, muchas opciones de compra, juguetes de todas las películas, es algo maravilloso, en el área de las cajas de la planta baja está la llave de la tienda, personal muy amable, no importa de dónde seas, si van a NYC deben de ir.

As a Disney fan I had to visit this store. I happened to arrive before its opening and witnessed the store opening ritual, in which they selected a customer and gave him a key to open the store. Once opened, the staff clapped and invited the customers to come in. The selected customer received a cool memento (a key chain with a mini key, just like the giant key used to open the store). Very magical, Disney style. Its a big store, and children will love it. Theres even a small castle at the Princesses department, and a special department featuring Marvel heroes. Dont forget to buy a NYC souvenir, featuring Minnie Mouse as Statue of Liberty!

Merchandise is made-in-China garbage. Annoying, entitled, pushy tourists. Lots of cheesy, worthless goods that even a kid would throw out. Lots of garbage NYC apparel, tacky Frozen dolls, and tasteless t-shirts. The Star Wars merchandise they hype up on their external billboard is limited in variety, quality, uniqueness, and intrigue. The only one of merit was a poorly-made BB-8 plush toy with an actual spinning head. Everything is carelessly reproduced, without any care or craftsmanship. The Disney corporation is disgusting and any good will from their 90s movies falls flat when you walk in the doors.
