Best dontus you can get... real old style donuts and made on premises FRESH each day.... thre soups are alre delicious with a different soup of the day each day and regular soups every day and three every day soups -- all of them delicious... (except the french onion soup which tastes lousy everywhere... there is only ONE good onion soup in brooklyn and believe me I searched for years,,,) Their sandiwches are good and all the dishes are generous.. The breakfasts are really delicious and hearty... I have tried them all over the years... the service is friendly and cheerful. All the fancy places in Park Slope do not satisfy the way this place does. Its a trip to the old days when ALL diner food was really excellent. Anyway they dont accept credit cards for deliveries because they already have their ]hands full., but you can use those online delivery services. I am not the only person who loves their salads and burgers and the best donuts in brooklyn. Try them out and youll see... on fridays they make a new england clam chowder that melts on your tongue.... gonna go oder something right now. Bon apetit!!!

This diner fits somewhere between 4 and 5 stars: the donuts are amazing, the staff courteous, patient, and good-natured, and the food is (overall) quite decent. But the reason I come here is for the donuts, and for the jelly donut in particular. I love all of the fresh donuts; nowhere in NYC have I found a jelly donut that even approaches this one, however. This jelly donut has delicious, textured, sweet jelly inside a crisply-fried donut. For comparison, the outstanding gourmet jelly confection from The Doughnut Plant is technically interesting, as it fits an even amount of jelly within a rectangle; but only this one has such delicious jelly and such an amazing donut to contain it. The luncheonette is open continuously, and provides the typical selection of diner food around the clock. I tend to sit at the bar for convenient coffee and donut refills.

This is a solid diner with a number of GREAT dishes. From the salads to the soups (lentil) to the club sandwiches (turkey) to the fries, everything is delicious and cooked quickly. This is also one of my favorite donut shops because they have the best donuts in Brooklyn. My faves? Marble twists, chocolate glazed and GIANT cinnamon buns. The chicken fajita burrito is the only thing I wouldnt order again because its just not assembles properly so you can eat it without it winding up all over your shirt.

so tonight i ordered a turkey wrap from 7th ave and a orange juice. When I got the delivery all I had was the orange juice, 4 chicken tenders (which I hadnt ordered but were good anyways) but no turkey wrap. So I called the diner back and spoke to a pleasant gentleman who told me to keep the tenders. He was sending me back the wrap that he forgot to send and few extra donuts for the trouble. Way to own up to an honest and delicious mistake and I will be ordering a lot more from these guys!

One of my greatest finds after a day of sledding in Prospect Park. You will find 7th Avenue Donuts on your way to the R train. 7th Avenue Donuts is like a diner. But its so crowded. The doorway will always be full with customers on the go and waiting for a table. We bought hot chocolate and 2 donuts. They were the best. Marble twist and boston creme. Price was so cheap. Take that Doughnut Plant. These donuts are classic. Put a huge smile on our faces. Yum!

With the abundance of donut shops in NYC. I would say this was standard and on par with dunkin donuts. The old fashioned i felt was a bit too drenched in oil as one bite you can taste that oil flavor on the back of your mouth. With the glazed i thought it was overly too sweet and the yeast donut was not airy at all but tended to be dry. Its a no frills kind of place and very standard. Would probably look for another place for my donut addiction.

Sent me to wrong order once, then twice, and rather than offering to comp anything they offered to do me the MASSIVE FAVOR of actually bringing me my food. Most frustrating thing is part of my order was in the first bag and another was in the second meaning not only were the bags wrong--nobody even made sure each bag had a consistent order in it. as I write this I still dont have the milkshake i paid for.

Skip Dunkin Donuts, head one block over and go to this ALL NIGHT DINNER. Amazing, competitively priced doughnuts, solid coffee, great staff, and did I mention, ALL NIGHT. Never again stumble home at 4am, see that Smiling Pizza is shut and whimper off home. Instead, cross the road and grab any of their delicious eats.

Ive ordered delivery from here several times, but this was the first time Ive eaten here. I had a burger and curly fries. The burger was good, but nothing special. The fries were great! Crunchy, without being over cooked and very tasty. I went late in the afternoon, but got great service anyway.

I go here with my Brooklynite friend when Im in town, she calls the place dirty donuts. I absolutely love it here. The fact that I can get food any time of day or night is great, and the food is also good - not to mention inexpensive.

We had the jelly donut and it was good. Its not artisan by any measure, but its a good quality donut where the yeast is light and fluffy and the jelly is not overly sweet or sugary. Give it a go.

Theres something that just makes a local 24/7 donut place taste better than a chain. Not the most amazing donuts Ive ever had, but solid. No crazy flavors - just the classics done right.

I stopped going there because the waiters were terrible. The final time I went I felt like leaving the busser the tip because she was the only one that gave me service.

I, among many others, love diners. This place is pretty nice, plus its 24 hours. They even have donuts and pastries for that quick sweet bite.
