It was an OK experience. The sales men are wonderful, especially the older Dominican guy. I went in to purchase a car they did how ever, made me do a lot of extra unnecessary things. For example, I never use my middle initial on anything the guy, Chris was giving me a hard time. I had to call my insurance just to add the middle initial. I had all papers ready including bank statements and job employment verification. Chris again made me do extra steps when I already had proof of income. I lasted the whole entire day at the shop trying to figure everything out that I couldnt even go home with the car I had to come back the next day. Well the next day comes, Im excited to finally leave with my car, while Im singing the papers for the car the chubby lady receptionist tells me I have to pay $800 extra on top of my down deposit & trade in. I was confused and demanded for a refund because at this point I was just over it! The Dominican sales man who helped me was able to waive that for me and so did Chris, but I was still so annoyed at the fact they tried to get me for more money. Overall, the experience was OK I do LOVE my car, but the customer service inside the sales office needs a little more improvement..

I called and made an appointment to see a vehicle at this place. The woman on the phone told me, "Its here and it looks great. Would you like to make an appointment to come see it?" I did. So after taking out $3,000, paying for the car fax report, removing my plates from my other vehicle and picking up my brother to drive my car home I drove an hour and a half to the Bronx only to be told that it was sold the night before. I asked who was responsible for telling me it was there and who was going to reimburse me for my gas and tolls (not to mention 4 hours of my time and 100 miles on my vehicle). The two guys who were "helping me" disappeared and were nowhere to be found until I called the phone number and heard the guy in the background. I cannot describe the level of rage that I am feeling as I write this. I wish I could use extremely vulgar language in this review to describe them, but I wont.

Ive been buying cars in Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Statin Island and NJ for the last 20 years. Then I got introduced to Nick from Federal Auctioneers in the Bronx. What a true gentleman he is. He knows the car business inside and out. They have a climate controled indoor showroom and 2 floors of clean cars trucks and SUVs. It felt like I was in car heaven, Every make! Every Model! Every color!! The cool thing is hes only about 5 minutes from Queens and about 10 minutes from Yankee stadium. He had his partner Angelo, who was extremly helpfull and was not pushy. He showed me around and explained they offer a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY!! What?! Why should I buy a new car with only a 3 year warranty ?? Honestly, my credit isnt that good so I thought I was gonna have to buy some old car off the streets. I found out that they can approve me !! Listen NY, this is the place to buy a car!!

10 yrs ago I was in the need of a SUV and found Federal Auto. I had heard that they could get anyone approved for a loan and I gave them a shot. I walked in and looked around. They welcomed me in and let me look around. When I found what I wanted, they explained how everything worked and got me approved for a loan. I drove my SUV out the next day with a low down payment. And a comfortable monthly payment. Well last month I decided to get another vehicle and decided to give my business to Federal again. And just like before I walked in and found my vehicle. A small down payment and I drove off in my X5 BMW. If your in the market for a well maintained used vehicle. Do not waste your time elsewhere. Good credit Bad credit doesnt matter if you have a job and a decent down payment you will be approved for a loan.

Do not buy there i wentbecause i do not have credit keep in mind that they going to ask you for$500to start your car loan application if you do not buy they keep your money. If you buy the online price and the financing price are different you pay $3000more if you finance it. In order to take the car out of the loat you need full cover and $500deductible car insurence but they do not tell you that i had the car for a moth already and i took it tothemechanic 3times already also i still waiting for my car plate every time i call they tell me it takes time my advice try to get a loan firts then go to a dealer or search for a dealets with good review key word search and imform yourself before good luck!

BEWARE SLEAZY, SLEAZY, SLEAZY! Photo showed car with no damage. Price clearly listed at $7,495 on multiple sites. Called ahead and confirmed that car had no damage and was priced at $7,495. Drive all the way out there to find significant damage (fender hanging off, crumpled metal, torn plastic, rust, signs of leaky sunroof). Expect us to purchase car without test drive and will only repair damage after car is paid in full. Then find out the price is actually $2,000 higher than advertised. Sleazy manager says, "Thats the way the car business works." No, it isnt. Honest, legitimate dealers sell cars, not scams. My advice: STAY AWAY. Far, far away.

Great group of people! I have purchsed 3 cars over the years and have been satisfied each time. They all had mid to high mileage but I got great pricing and financing. It was nice to see the same faces still around years later. Longevity goes a long way in my eyes. And the manager gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. Each time I dealt with them I felt that they gave a solid deal. The building certainly is not pretty but they have a great selection and some surprisingly low prices on "luxury" vehicles. Parking is a pain but the $ I saved made up for that..
