Warning dont buy a car from this dealership the sell new broken cars then dont help fix the problem when the car starts acting up. This dealership is problems problems. Dont buy the 2015 outlander sport it makes a metallic chain noise when you drive and it hesitating to go after you press on the gas then jerks off like after 3 seconds and the people in service dont know what it is. Today I took it back in for serving which is in warrenty they dont cover your rental so I paid about 75 to rent a car and the dealerships suppose to be fixing it and there calling me for $20 to perform other test what is up with them? Then I called Mitsubishi hotline number the one thats suppose to Handel my case and she cant do anything for me she is just the warrenty person. Then to come to find out I left this my car 8:30am and they didnt get back to me till about 1:30pm about the gas they wanted me to pay for and I drive all the way to manhattan in my rental I had to pay for to make sure that they would work on it and Barry the manager lied to my face that he would take care of it and charge me on the bill $20. Then Mitsubishi calls me and tells me the time I took to give them permission to get gas they would have to leave my car sitting and look at it tomorrow. I wasted 65 renting a car for a day and have to waste more money tomorrow and hope they fix the car. God help me. Im never buying a Mitsubishi this whole incident makes me feel like getting rid of this Suv. Save your time and money. Dont buy from here. Dont buy from this dealership you will be sorry theres nothing but trouble and unwanted headache.

I dont recommend this dealer in spite of others good reviews. In 2007 I went to buy a car and ended up leasing an suv for 3 years, "I thought so" but somehow the papers were not ready on the day of the lease and on 2 other visits to the dealer. Also, after calling 3 times about the papers, I was told they would mailed to me, never did. I thought my lease was up next month (October) and I called the bank to verified and found out they got papers showing that I sign for 72 months. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Someone either forged my signature or changed the contract that I originally thought I agreed to with the sales Manager that night. I will notified the Attorney General and will hire a lawyer. Sales manager involved that night was NICK and financed person was Steve or Steven. NOBODY SHOULD TRUST THIS DEALER!!!!!

this is my second car from potamkin, saw the car on line. and made the deal on the phone. pending a test drive. i was going to pay in cash but after i was offered 2.9% on a used car, i went along with a dealer finance. didnt want to buy any extras, but again bought the warranty 100k miles for just $800. my cousin paid 3k for a 36000 miles warranty. over all i was very happy the sales person nelson was very professional, polite and its too bad for me that he is hersexual. thank you nelson.

Dealt with Tigran in parts, been doing business with this company for some time. Got more promises than Service from these guys. The emails are never answered, the drivers are delirious and never get the job done the way it should. Lots of shortages and when getting back to Tigran, he is always unreachable. Sorry, but Im taking my business elsewhere.

These guys are great, i leased my car from them for the price I wanted $5,040 less over the term of the lease than Plaza in Brooklyn wanted! call them ask for Mike & Jack they are the real deal! Mike in finance is a great guy, they really made me feel great about my choice, thanks Potamkin, Mike, Mike & Jack!
