WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been looking for a car for my son and have walked into a couple of different dealerships outside of the city and unfortunately todays experience confirms the reason why. First, I walk into the office and had to say Hellooo because there was no one around in or outside this establishment. A salesman came out of the room closest to the door. I later found out his name was Felix not sure because although he asked me a couple of disturbing questions, he was not interested in asking my name nor did he share his...first red flag). I proceeded to inform him that I was in the market to purchase a car for my son and that I was interested in test driving 3 cars on the lot. Two of the cars had 4 cars in front of them so I understood that would be difficult and ask if I could at least test drive the car that had 1 car in front of it that was directly facing the street. Well..."Felix" (the Latino guy with a ponytail) asked if we could set up an appointment and he could have the 3 cars ready. I told him since I drove all the way there (26 minutes) I asked if I could at least test drive the G35 in the front. He then asked what would happen if I liked the car and my son comes back and he doesnt like it (yeah...strange question from someone who is suppose to be looking to earn my business...second red flag) I told him we would of course have to come to a mutual agreement before I purchase a car. He then proceeded to tell me that he has a lot of people coming to the dealership looking for high end cars and they cant really afford it but he doesnt know my finances ...damn right he doesnt know my finances and should have never insinuated that I could not afford to buy an almost 10 year old Infiniti for my son...really (third red flag). I then asked him if he was going to continue to waste my time telling me about his past or were we going to get down to business and test drive a car! He said yes and asked a guy to move the car in front of it. The guy said he was busy. He told me to give him a minute, only to go in the office and come back out to say he was short staff and if I could come back (I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AND THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN THE OFFICE!). I told him that I will not be back and that this was the worst experience I have had looking for a car! I had enough of the blatant disrespect and Extremely judgmental interaction I encountered from this salesperson. I would hate to think that because I was an African American woman with Dreadlocks that he didnt feel I was worthy of receiving at least Adequate customer service...for Gods sake...ask for my name and tell me yours to appear interested. Isnt that Sales 101...know who you are talking to instead of judging and making assumptions Felix or whoever you are. Felix...you should know that I have several friends that have children who graduated from high school this year and are looking for cars for their children (and yes they can afford to buy a car) l. You have not only lost one customer but several other potential customers. Word of mouth is your best referral. I am sure that there are reputable used car dealerships in Brooklyn so I hate to paint a broad stroke on this one incident with this one disgraceful salesperson but this is NOT a dealership that I will ever step foot in again and do not recommend them or at least him to anyone.

Saw one of their ads on Craigslist and contacted them via text (thought that was a cool option.) The guy, Tony, texted me back almost immediately. I informed him that I would come to look at the car. I get there more than an hour later and the car was there. The same exact car that was on the Craigslist ad. Their worker, Joshua, shows me the car- I like it. I want it. We go into the sales office to speak to the "boss", Tony. They have me in the waiting room because Tony is on an important phone call. While waiting, I hear his whole conversation (he was particularly loud.) First thing that got me upset was that he was talking to a friend about the New York Knicks and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Really? A paying customer is waiting for you and youre chit chatting about basketball? No problem- I wait for 10 minutes before hes done. Now heres where things really get problematic. I didnt even try to really haggle about the price. It was well priced. The problem was that the "price" on the ad was a fake price. Tony tells me that I only could get that price if I finance it (through HIS financial institution nonetheless.) I told him that I was planning to pay straight cash for it. He starts looking irate and told me that if I wanted to pay straight cash for it he would have to charge me $2-3k more. This is literally the first time a seller doesnt want to deal with cash in my life. I mention that his ad on Craigslist never mentioned anything about that. He bypasses the Craigslist ad (that doesnt mention it) and goes to his website to a very very very small fine print that mentions that the prices are only if you finance it through him. Im not even allowed to get a finance through my own bank to get that price. I have to use his sub prime loan that most likely has an unrealistic apr %. Why advertise a car for a price youre not willing to sell it for? Realistically a car dealer just helps customers try to get a loan if they cant afford the car. Youre making it a requirement! Not cool brother. Not cool misleading the public. Please stop wasting peoples time with spam ads. The original Craigslist ad is posted just in case if Im being accused of lying- like youre doing to everybody who gives you a bad review. Almost every positive review is from bots that only posted one ad in their "life". **Less than a week update** "Tony" (not his real name- Tariq) called me back up today while I was at the playground with my kids. He sounded upset and kept yelling on the phone on why I gave this review. I simply told him because it was the truth. His reply was: were both Arabs and we have to look out for one another. Stop calling me! Especially when youre not even denying the facts of my review.

Would give them no stars if I could. Called 2 days prior to driving 4 hours to look at a car. Called hours before leaving and when i got there for my appointment I was told the car wasnt there. And somehow wanted me leave a deposit but return another day for the car and all of a sudden after all the paper work go through the car became 10,000 more than what the price was online(credit score is 742) do you know of a bank that charges 50% interest rate?????Dont let them take your money I was warned not to go here but thought I would give it a chance worst mistake PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR PAPER WORK. They all speak perfect English but for some reason when they are talking about your money they can only speak their native language BE CAREFUL if you do decide to go here bring a mechanic with you and call your bank prior dont believe the fake reviews they write for themselves.
