Stay away from this place!!!! Please, you cannot say you were not warned. Let me just give you a basic run down of what its like, first off the price that you see anywhere advertised is not even close to what you will pay, first of you have to pay $3,000 for a certified pre-owned which in truth is not like a genuine certification its a 150 point inspection that you can get done yourself at any mechanic for less than $100. They will force you get vin etching for $1000 which is 100 times higher than anywhere else. Not to mention the no good "extended warranty" that will never cover anything because they always have an exception, thats around $4,500. Also Im order to get financing you have to make a down payment and thats not all guess what, you have to insure the car before you get an actual quote of your monthly rate, who does that? So that way when you hear and see the ridiculous numbers you would have already been so far in that you are sucked in and its a long process to get out of. The $3000 they charge you for inspection - so called certified is for 3 months bumper to bumper and one year power train. I bought a car its approximately 5 months 11 days, I have to replace the battery, brakes, rotors, tires, and some work on AC. They will sell you the car with certain parts that will just take you over their 3 months warranty and then you have to fix everything yourself. I barely drive this car I bought it with 35,299 miles and in 5 and a half months its 37,120 and they would not even consider me as I already paid them, so they can care less about anything, once you sign they dont care about you after that I promise you, as long as you fulfill their end they are done with you, for instance I bought the car late the afternoon so I noticed some scratches very visible so I asked if there was anything that they can do about that before I bought the car, the guy told me "yea sure well make an appointment come back tomorrow and we will compound and get them out as best as we could ". Yea right, they pushed me around like I was a beggar for over a week and I just gave it up and now Im stuck with it. Please go somewhere else Im not writing this because I so hate them, but Im trying to help other buyers avoid all the troubles and aches I had to endure, if I had known I Would never have gotten myself into this, I saw a car for 11,999 and ended up with a financed bill of over 24,000 and Im stuck with all this trouble with no help, they do not care about you or your money, greed and fraud at its all time best. Read all the one star reviews and you will see, guarantee most if not all of those 5 star reviews are bogus. I am not a sales rep with no other company or anything, I am a college student that had the worst ever car buying experience because of these people. You can feel free to Google my name or whatever to prove my authenticity of no working relations to anything auto related. Im just honestly disgusted at how deceptive and cruel people can be and if I can help just one person in avoiding these people it would have been something good I offered to my fellow brother or sister.

i just recently brought a car from world auto and its all a scam this place should be shut down and reported. first i will begin with the no extra fees which is bs i specifically called and asked if there were any other charges other than what the the internet price was listed and they told me no but when i got there they started talking about i need to pay a extra 3,000 for the certification on the car which is suppose to be the 125 point check and that i thought was already included in the price but it was not then they hit you with another 2,000 for a warranty that they say you HAVE to get and you have no choice which will never cover anything on the car it is just there way of making more money smfh THEY ALSO ACT AS IF THEY ARE GIVING YOU A DEAL WITH THE PRICE OF THE CAR WHICH IS BS CAUSE WHEN YOU GO TO THE BACK AND SIT DOWN WITH THERE FAKE ASS FINANCE GUY WHICH IS THE MOST BOOTLEG PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN HE BOOST THE PRICE IN INTEREST RATE ANDYOU WIND UP PAYING MORE THAN THE CAR IS WORTH AND DONT THINK ABOUT CALLING AFTER TO SPEAK WITH HIS BOOTLEG ASS ON THE PHONE CAUSE YOU WOULD THINK YOUR TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE PRESIDENT SMH HE DONT TAKE CALLS OVER THE PHONE YOU CAN ONLY MAKE A APPOINTMENT WITH HIM WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD WHAT REAL DEALERSHIP YOU KNOW AS FAR AS HONDA ACURA LEXUS BMW KIA NISSAN TOYOTA ETC THAT YOU CANT CALL AND SPEAK WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT LMAO THIS PLACE IS A JOKE and last but not least they promises you things for the car and say yes you an come back and pick them up or bring the car back and we will take care of everything for you and yes you to death but if you try and call to speak with one of them to come in or retrieve the things they promised NOBODY wants to get on the phone and they will keep telling you that somebody will call you back and they never will smfh I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE NOT ALL SITTING IN A 4X4 ROOM LOL TALKING ABOUT HOLD ON AND ACUTALLY PUTS YOU ON HOLD LOL AS IF THEY ARE NOT USING THE MUTE BUTTON THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SAD EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP RIP OFF IS ALL THAT SUMS UP THIS PLACE !!!!!!

if you want to buy a car, save yourself the time and hassle and DO NOT go to world auto. They are criminals. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. My girlfriend and I had gone out there to look at a Honda Civic, the ad they had posted on car gurus stated that the car was around 9 thousand. We went out and everything checked out, our salesman wasnt too knowledgable but the car was great. So we decided to go with buying the car. We sat waiting for around 30 minutes, which wasnt a problem but it was a little bit annoying, and my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom. So we were told to go across the street to the grocery store, we went and while we were in the store we got a call from the sales person. I immediately called back and he told us to hurry back because they were about to close. We got back and they closed up, everyone left, we were extremely angry because we had been gone for less than 15 minutes. They offered to put us up in a hotel payed for by them. So we stayed over night and the next morning came back. They told us we needed to put down a deposit in order to even have pricing on the car, so we did. They told us it would be refunded after we got the car. So we got to the back room to discuss the cost, only to find out there was so many hidden fees that the car was not 9,000 but ended up being around 16,000. We did not get the car and left. The company then told us they would not reimburse the hotel money that they had originally agreed upon. So my girlfriend wrote a review saying that the experience was less than pleasing. And they called her and blackmailed her into taking it down, they then threatened to not give her the 2,000. She took it down and they still wouldnt refund her money. I called and tried to get ahold of the manager and he wouldnt talk to me. This place needs to be shut down, I feel so bad for all the peoples lives they have ruined. Our bank filed a lawsuit against them and we just won. So luckily we got our money back but I just want to warn all of the people even thinking about going through this company that they are a complete fraud. I will update you guys when they call me and try to blackmail me.
