This was my first purchase from this dealer and I was very pleased with Seth and his team. My vehicle was recently totaled and I was looking for a suitable replacement. Palisades Auto Sales was about a 45 minute ride from Long Island where I found the vehicle that was perfect in price, condition and servicing. When I first inspected it, Seth the owner was very forth coming with no pressure sales pitch. He gave me the time needed for me to inspect and come to my own conclusions related to next steps and my results. Any vehicle short comings that I noticed Seth was forth right and was able to have resolved. I was free to take the vehicle for a test drive and it met all my expectations consistent with Seths representation. I did not hesitate to put a deposit for purchase and schedule my next visit for pick up. It has been a week of ownership with the vehicle with no issues and I am very pleased with my overall experience and transaction. We purchased from Adam twice, so this is a double review. We first purchased a cheap 2nd vehicle (07 Prius for a very reasonable $3500) let me first say Adam and the owner are very personable and will work with you without charging extra fees for commission. The vehicles are clean and reliable, the 2nd vehicle purchased was a 2010 T&C, even though its only a day old I love it, initially I purchased an 03 from a used car lot out in jersey and it started acting up, even though I didnt purchase the car from their dealership they helped me diagnose the check engine light, (most places, even corporate dealerships would charge atleast $100 for this) They did it free of charge, too a vehicle I didnt even purchase from them all because we are loyal customers who appreciate honest, family run businesses I will only come here for all my future vehicle purchases, Thanks Adam! I love my car! Thank you Adam, Seth the sales team and mechanics for helping getting the car that works best for my family. I wanted a minivan and my husband wanted to get SUV, and one Saturday Morning after going around place to place, we found Palisades Auto (thanks to the reviews) and right away we found that car we can agree on. The staff was professional, and so very helpful. Palisades Auto is the best rather than most other places that push a car on you, the people at Palisades listen and are just ready to work with you. Honestly, I just recommend this place above anywhere else. You can check out the competiotion if you want but Palisades Auto gives superior service. Hands down! Thank you so much for all your help! I know Ill be recommending you guys to anyone who needs a car. P.S. I hope I can get a 2x1 special when my twins start driving lol.

My Fiance and i were looking to purchase a used car, our sales person, Adam, was over the top, not just reviewing all of the purchase options pros and cons, making suggestions really helping the buying decisions. He took extra time to go over everything and contact different banks to help us with some credit issues and make sure that we were able to drive away with the Lexus my fiance fell in love with. Adam reviewed all the high tech features of the vehicle and went over everything to make sure it was in tip top shape and that we were satisfied with the way the vehicle ran and looked. I just wanted to say thank you to Adam and his team for a very pleasant experience and i would definitely go back and see Adam again and highly recommend Palisades Auto Sales!!!!!!!

Great place to buy a car ! No hassle or BS. They had the car I wanted, I called to confirm it was still there, it was and I was assured there would be no surprises. So I took a chance and drove 150 miles to see it. I felt comfortable immediately ! Adam and Seth are a hoot! More importantly they were upfront about everything and like Adam said, there were no surprises. Adam arranged my financing and got me a great rate(I did my homework) He was very patient with me as it was my first solo buying experience. I would give 10 stars to Palisades Auto Group!!! Adam is Great I was raised believing that one of the most important attributes a man has is his word. My dealings with Adam was nothing short of absolute honesty and integrity. He called back when he said you would. He communicated the minor things that didn’t go as planned. We even had some fun in our talks. Putting a deal together from 1,271 miles away is a challenge. You presented the bike honestly and went through special efforts to get the deal put together.

We bought a 2004 Volvo from Seth and we love it. We traded in our Lexus and financed the car. He gave us a fair price for the used car and there was never a point dealing with them that I felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. Overall the service was excellent and they were great guys to work with. I personally find it rare to meet honest people like this in the car sales business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Great experience!! Second time Ive done business with these guys. Found them when I needed to sell my daughters BMW last year. They were fair and paid me on the spot with no BS!! More recently I purchased a convertible Mustang from them for weekend fun car.(I deserve it...Im retired). The car is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The transaction was smooth and pain free.
