Bueno debo empezar dando gracias a Dios por guiarme hasta Fordham Toyota. La experiencia que estuve en ese dealer fue bien gratificante, desde que llegué fui recibido por una persona bien profesional mi amigo Henry de Finanzas y ni hablar de Wally el vendedor que se convierte en un amigo en el proceso, que tú crees que lo conoces de muchos ańos. Wally el vendedor es de eso vendedores que no te ponen presión al momento de tu elección y cuando do hablan de números es un maestro te busca la mejor ofertas de precios de verdad que ellos saben atender a los clientes y ni hablar del manager, que atención mi hermano tiene, gracias a todos por su ayuda. En finanzas para cerrar es para ir a lo seguro no hay trucos ni cargo escondidos así se hace negocios. Amigos le recomiendo Fordham Toyota ante de visitar otro dealer visiten ese que no tienen que salir lejos disque SALIDA 13 ENTRE JUAN Y PEDRO no esto está en el mismo bronx puede ir caminando en guagua en bicicleta como quiere tu llega fácil y buenos precios y el mejor personal para ayudarte....

I did not have a good income, however Fordham Toyota helped me to get my car. And that is what I was looking for. However, they are very dishonest, and if you do not pay attention to the details, they do not help you to know it. Fordham Toyota likes to work saying half-truths, or they just skip things. Before, I gave them a good review because i received a email offer me some money if I do that, so I decided to forget the negative things and say the only positive thing which is that I get my car. Nobody paid the money that was offered me, so now I am saying the whole situation. I feel better now. Nobody have to believe me, but at least you will think about what I am saying at the moment to buy in this place. honestly, I have not much experience buying things so expensive like a new car and maybe thats why they understood that they could try to fool me. The thing is that they made me pay about $ 3,200 in things that were not necessary to buy my car; things that were optional. They used half-truths to make me think that all those things were necessary. And although I could cancel those services, all this left a bad taste in buying my first car. My final recommendation is do not trust sellers. They smile a lot and are very kind but their goal is to sell no matter what.

I was there on December 28, 2015. Got a really good deal on a 2015 RAV4 4X4 XLE 2 years lease program. I saw a lot of bad review from the beginning, but I will love to give people a chance. Sale representative "Ronel Martinez-Perez" are been very helpful and patient to me. At first I was doing a credit check, after approved then I find out my insurance is too much away from my budget, then I have my family drive from downtown to the dealer to close sign for me. But he dont mind to helping us to start all the paper work again, we finally got the car at the same day and drove home with a highly satisfy!! I will give him a two thumbs up+ 5 star rating for sale department!! (Will be back for free service after 5000 miles, then will rate them for service department) P.S: I been shopping around with a lot Toyota deal, such as Westbury Toyota, Lees Toyota, Star Toyota, but they will love to made you run around to go in to the shop and told you different prices and story (means they cant beat or match the deal I had mention over the phone)!! Again, thanks for Ronels help and service, we are planning to get a Sienna from him soon.

The service my mother and I recieved at Fordham Toyota can only be desrcibed with one word "OUTSTANDING". The employees at Fordham Toyota who helped us with our purchase did a great job in listening to what we needed instead of just throwing offers at us (as Ive experienced at other places). They were very curteous and respectful. I honestly felt like I knew these people and we were simply catching up. The whole process was very smooth and they did a great job in explaining every detail to us. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a great experience in regards to purchasing a car. Alonzo Williams- Reached out to us at the perfect time. I appreciate his help so much and definitely hope to work with him in the future! Michael Fermin- Helped us in understanding the financial process and gave us different options to suit our needs. He was great at explaining everything. Aries Vargas- Helped in teaching me the new features of the Toyota Corolla 2014 I purchased and was very knowledgable. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!!

February 14,2013- Everyone there is very friendly. They truly provide customer service. They serve the customer. I was always greeted upon entering the showroom. I went in looking for a 2012 RAV4 they were sold out. I was shown a 2013 RAV4 Loved it! Matt F. is the salesman that helped me through the process of getting the car of my choice. He was very friendly, professional and honest. The sales manager Jose C. was very professional. He made himself available at all times. He ensured that I understood everything and answered all questions. They were very patient and helpful. All questions were answered honestly and straight to the point. Once the process of getting the car was done Matt patiently explained the features of the vehicle and answered any questions proficiently. I would recommend this dealership. so many people employed an no one can help customer. Everybody is just soooo busy with themselves. Mailed title, plates, documents to wrong address. When you call them they are never there always on vocation day off or out of the office. You leave them a message they never call you back. For our of state registration they charge you $300 only 66 of which is your state fees, the rest they keep saying oh thats paperwork. Although when you buy they tell you they will refund anything above the state dot fees. Horrible experience. Never ever will go there. Oh almost forgot. When we first saw a vehicle we agreed on price and made an appointment when we arrived the vehicle wasnt there. So we had to come a different day (they said its in the service getting washed) when we came back next day it wasnt even washed. So the are just full of...it

I had the most amazing experience at Fordham Toyota. I have purchased more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and the customer service that I received here can not be compared. I was greeted in a professional and timely manner. My sales person was knowledgeable, competent, and interested in what I wanted in a vehicle. The Financial department was honest, and trustworthy and worked with my budget. Ive been to a few places that once they get the idea that I wont be the most lucrative commission, I was quickly demoted when it came to the quality of customer care. To the contrary with Fordham Toyota. Throughout my visit, first entering the door to driving off with my New Toyota, I was treated with superb customer care. I will never go to another dealer ever again. I highly recommend!
