After reading all the reviews for WOB, both good and not so good, I refused to be influenced, either way. I needed a damn good bra and decided I was going to try WOB first. Also because.. when I asked my Sister Where she gets Her bras, she said she wouldnt go anywhere else but WOB. Well, from the moment I entered the Wyckoff store I was immediately greeted with the two warmest saleswomen that I have ever come in contact with in such a very long time. You know, the way it used to be..? Those days when you used to get the extra attention especially in the smaller stores. Well, number one.. those smaller stores are just about gone, as is Any special or personal attention nowadays. Today when shopping, youre basically on your own and I sometimes have had More help from fellow customers than the salespeople themselves. But WOB was Instantly and noticeably different from the get-go. I didnt have to do a thing from the very moment I walked in the store, I was waited on hand and foot by two of the most professional and kindest saleswomen, not to mention having a great deal of patience with me! They immediately gave me their expertise, honesty, and kept going back and forth until we All, especially Me, agreed on the Perfect bra. Lastly, I also appreciated that Sherry and Patty were Not pushy, At all. I have already made up my mind that I will no longer shop anywhere else for bras, and although I spent alittle more on mine, its sure worth it in the end! Not One of my bras were good and thats because I wanted to Save money every time I went for one. Ha! Yes, I might have saved at the time but I also had about enough of my girls drooping, all while seeing how other women looked outside of their clothes! A noticeable difference between mine and theirs, and.. I had enough!! Sherry and Patty even loaned me a stretchy Top in order to see what my new bra did for me, and how my new bra transformed the way I looked. And Yes, I must admit that I couldnt help but to feel alot more confident as well! I just never would have imagined that I could have worn such a top with my old bra, and had NO idea what the Right Bra can, and does do! In general, when Anyone is in the Public eye, all kinds of people come out of the woodwork, and some (sorry to say), just Wake Up Angry. If its not road rage its leaving the Most nastiest and cruel comments about people who So dont deserve it, and who are un-deserving of it. I have always had my own mind and really glad I used it in this case by going to WOB. I will recommend this one-of-a-kind Specialty store to anyone who asks, and even to those that dont! :) And by the way.. the Owner of WOB, Mitch, was just the nicest gentlemen. He greeted me just as these two lovely women did and it wasnt until my way out that I saw him again. And it was then that I asked him for each of their names because I was so impressed. At least for alittle while I felt that I was back in the day when customers were made to feel Important, and I thank them for that feeling. Now that Ive shopped here I only hope that WOB will be Open for Many years to come as it Really Is a Hidden Treasure. Folks, I hope you too will make your own decision like I have. Any rude comments that you or I have read on here, I can now attest that they simply are Not true, and that these angry people are just that.. angry, in General. Maybe and possibly having an alterior motive as well, who knows. To Sherry, Pat and Mitch, Ill be back. So too will my family and friends.. and TY. (my apologies however for such a lengthy comment-)

As a full figured woman, I was shocked to be told at The Avenue, a store that carries sizes for the full figured woman, that they did not have a bra big enough for me! The sales person at the Avenue had a tape measure around her neck, which she used to measure me right in the middle of the store and then yelled out that I was a ridiculous size that they did not carry. She then recommended I go to WOB, which was the best think I ever did! I literally walked in and said I need help. I told them my story and they were so supportive and helpful. I did not even have to be measured, the sales woman took one look at me and said this is your size. She then pulled a bra that was a perfect fit and I was on my way! Friendly, helpful and personal service at its best! Kudos to WOB for turning a horrible experience into a fabulous one!

I give this store NO Stars. OMG the man who was at the store, I think his name is Mitchell, he was the rudest man I have ever come in contact with. I brought frailly from over seas to shop at the store in Wyckoff and my family spend over $700 in the store. They were all nice when we were shelling out money but when I came the next day to say that the bra really did not feel comfortable and asked for an exchange the person behind the counter threw the bra out the door and told me to get out. I am mortified to be treated in such a manner. He claimed that he had everything on video and that I was being rude but after spending $92 on ONE bra I dont think it is too much to ask that it not itch the heck out of me. I just wanted to exchange the item, I did NOT ask for a refund. See you in court you EVIL person!!!!!

Ive been there many times, b/c I had trouble finding anyone nearby that carried a larger cup size. They were friendly, but seemed not very knowledgeable on sizing---maybe their sizing expertise ends at smaller, more conventional sizes. They also had only 1 bra for me to choose from (so it was this, or nothing), and when they did get in another type, I tried it, it fell apart quickly, and so I wanted to cancel the order I had placed for more of them. They wouldnt let me cancel it, and I was stuck with some overpriced bras that fell apart very quickly (the wire would poke through in the armpit and stab me). It was disappointing, especially since I reside in wyckoff. Ill be trying Denville, and if that isnt any better, then the city in the future.

Actually I give this place NO STARS. When I was there I basically picked out bras that I was interested in. Someone brought them to me. When I decided they were not comfortable and certainly not worth the high price, I was told there was a $45 consultation fee if I didnt buy any bra. Are they kidding? When I called to make an appointment (what a joke, no one was in the store, on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, the busiest shopping weekend) no one mentioned the consultation fee. The so called signs they say are "all over" are hardly prominent. Save your money. This store is nothing more than a sham with the philosophy of "Lets scam the customers".
