I love shopping at American Eagle usually for their denim collection but I had the worst experience at this location yesterday. I had 9 times to try one. After, an employee counted my items and escorted me to my changing room, I was in their for about 30 minutes or so then I heard an employee knock on the door and asked if everything was ok and I said yes. not long after, Im not sure if it was the same employee or another one but I heard a knock on the door and this time she asked me how many items I had. Clearly there was a tag outside that the other employee who had counted my items had placed there showing how many items I had. I said 9 and she asked if she could count them. I had to get dressed and let her into my dressing room. In my dressing room with me, she counted my items and said I wasnt suppose to have that many items after telling her that another employee was the one that toke my items and placed them in the room, I was so pissed that I gave her the items I had already tried on and told her I was coming out. At that time I didnt even have my shoes on. I Have Never Experienced Something So Crazy, Embarrassing as that from any other store. I wont let this experience stop me from shopping at American Eagle but Ill definitely Never go back to this store location ever again!!!

Small size but covers the basics and they do have good deals. Only thing is it can be either really slow because of that you may not find someone to help you should you need any. (Then again me I like it that way) also of course the mens section is small.

Store is clean and organized. Usually well stocked . The employees are friendly and helpful. I usually shop here when theres a sale. Sales are great if you can catch the good stuff.
