Terrible customer service. My mom had called ahead of time asking if they had low back strapless bras in my size that I could try on to wear under my wedding dress. The person she spoke with stated that would be no problem, they can alter the bra and to bring my wedding dress with me which I did. Immediately the seamstress walked over to my mother and I and stated "oh god" when she saw me with my wedding dress. She then asked how low the back was on my dress and we told her pretty low but above waist level. She looked at me and stated that I should have "chosen a different dress" because my "bust was too large and that there was nothing they could do." My mom asked who she spoke with on the phone and of course all of the employees denied speaking with her and saying that they could in fact accommodate me. The woman huffed at us and said "well come back here and put it on then." I became so upset that I had to walk out of the store. Dont go here if you are looking for a strapless bra to wear on your wedding day! They will treat you terribly and try to make you feel like you chose the wrong dress. Also, there was another bride in their store searching for the same thing as I was. Bra and girdle factory should not lead on prospective customers to make them think they have what theyre looking for THEN treat them poorly. Never returning here and I will be warning family and friends about this experience.

I have a really hard time finding bras in my size (I wear a 30F) and I was in dire need of new bras and I just didnt like the ones I had been ordering online with camisoles and tank tops and such, so I came here. First of all, they carry my size (not typical) so I was really pleased. Second of all, they had my favorite bra for 20% off! If you dont know, finding bra sizes in the more obscure sizes can be very pricey. I told the sales woman what I was looking for and what my favorite bra was. She actually helped me realize that Ive been wearing my bras too big (I had been wearing a 32F). Also, the bra I really wanted they didnt have in my size but there was a seamstress who turned the 32F bra into a 30F bra before I even left the store! I bought 5 bras in all and they were all 20% off! I will definitely be shopping here again!

wow, i am really surprised at the other reviews here as my experience was rather pleasant, and i left the store feeling much better about "the girls" and being sized properly (and thanks to my mom pointing me in the right direction). trudie was a dear, and knew exactly how to measure and make me feel at ease (after getting over the shock that the cup size i was wearing was 3x too small for me). i walked out with some great t-shirt, every day, work, and fun bras, and although my pocketbook may be a bit lighter, trudie gave me a discount on nearly every item, and "the girls" feel so much more supported now. (thanks again, mom, for a true bonding experience...even @ 45+. lol)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Horrible experience. I took my niece to get a fitting only to find that the women didnt even know how to measure someone!!! THEN brought an old lady bra for my niece, guess when you are not a size 2 you should not get anything sexy - WRONG Anyway to top it all off she came running into the parking lot asking what I did with the bra, I think she was accusing me of stealing it. NOTE to you RUDE LADY I would not give you a penny for that ugly bra, you rude person, learn some manners!!!

We have always shopped here, Mom and I. The ladies in the store are wonderful, attentive and detail oriented with fitting which is free. Mom isnt feeling up to shopping these days so I placed a phone order with Cindy in the Route 70 store. Same friendly, attentive service. They will call me when the bras are being shipped and you cant find better customer service anywhere. I cant imagine what the person who posted the adverse comment was going through....... Great place to shop.

Several awful experiences with this place. First, they ARE quite pricey. Then, there is a rather nasty saleswoman who is pushy and rude. I went with a family member who purchased several bras and brought them home to try on. After keeping 2, she returned one (leaving all tags on) and was accused of not only wearing it, but altering it!! Totally preposterous and Ive heard her pull similar things with other customers. With an attitude like that its surprising theyre still open.

Will never return the woman did not know how to measure me. she gave me a bra and basically asked me to adjust myself. And to top it off she basically accused my aunt of stealing as she came running after us out into the parking lot oh btw went elsewhere and even The size was wrong. What a waste of time, came all the way from Pennsylvania

Brought mom (87 Y.O.) in for bras. They were helpful and patient, and prices are reasonable. They also carry a large stock of swimwear, which is not advertised on their site, but ought to be!
