Walked by BFL by chance this afternoon and googled their number. I called and inquired about the range of sizes they carry. Hayley answered and was super friendly right off the bat. She was kind enough to check the inventory on my size and pricing as well even though it sounded busy in the background. She told me she had a few items in my size but would have more options next week. Thats all I needed to hear and made beeline to the shop. As soon as I walked in the two employees ( Hayley and Anna) greeted me and said they would be right with me. This gave me a moment to look around. The store is well lit, clean and well stocked. It was easy to navigate but Hayley walked me to the fitting room before I could get carried away. I told her we had just chatted and she said she had some items pulled and ready! Talk about great customer service! She trusted that I knew my size and wasnt rude. She made a possibly uncomfortable situation painless. After 3 items we found the perfect match and I said this is it! Pop the tag, Im not taking it off! Anna rang me up and took my information. I walked out feeling brand new! Sooo glad I found BFL!

Very cute lingerie boutique! I found things here that you typically only see online, not stocked in a brick and mortar. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Just wish the dressing rooms werent a curtain situation that opened to the middle of the store.

Got a $32 pair of stockings that were cheaper quality than any Ive bought at CVS, they were unwearable. Store seemed to have a nice collection of stuff though.

Nice place but I guess they didnt need my business. Was a struggle to get someone to help me, which is annoying when youre trying on bras.
