I went to see Shadow 10 weeks after getting a tat from another shop. I called the other shop for 9 weeks after getting the tat and they didnt answer the phone. I finally got ahold of my artist on FB and he promised to fix it and then blew me off again. I am so happy he did otherwise I never would have met Shadow! My tat was the first I got on a place on my body where it can not be easily covered and it looked terrible so needless to say I was really upset. Shadow fixed everything so beautifully and made sure I was happy before he was done. He texted me clear and concise care instructions and told me to text him with any issues so he could adjust my care instructions accordingly. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I plan on getting more tats building into a sleeve, something tells me Shadow will answer the phone when I call for my next appointment. Thank you Shadow for rescuing my tattoo!

Walking in to four people sitting on couches and eating is not a good first impression. Neither is the piercer, who didnt wash his hands before putting on gloves (health code violation). Nor is it great it looked painful for someone to even acknowledge me, like its their job or something . The only thing I needed was for someone to switch out my tragus jewelry that the old piercer put in too tightly, so really it was up to them to fix it. But the new guy wanted $5 to change it out, in cash. Dont go to this place, there are many more places to chose from that are better.

I nice clean tidy shop. But I went to them and got a tattoo and they charged me 100, then I went to another shop and got the same tattoo in another area plus added more, and that shop did it in less time and for a lower price. But the end results looked the same. So if you have the money eternal would be good

I had a tat done previously at headlight tattoo that turned out absolutely terrible so I went to eternal ink and asked if it was fixable. Shadow worked on it and made it look amazing. Everyone tells me it looks great now. He didnt overcharge me either. I would def recommend Shadow, he does amazing work.

Stopped in to have a cover up looked at and the following week I was getting my tattoo done by Eric. All the artists are friendly and helpful during your visit. Great atmosphere to sit around and get stabbed thousands of times!!!

Great place to go a lot of talent and experience just in this shop a lot I have met a lot of great tattoo artist but shadow is definitely one of the best with how well rounded he is with color and black and gray

Ive gotten 2 tattoos done here by Shadow, in the process of sketching a 3rd. Very professional. I would recommend this establishment to anyone! Prices are VERY reasonable.
