I used to belong to both BJs and Costco, but I ditched Costco. BJs is much more customer friendly. Its easier to park, easier to shop, and the size packaging is in veggie section is more like a grocery store and good doesnt go bad before I can use it. You can also shop online for certain items and they will have them waiting for you to pick up. Or stop at the desk before shipping and theyll have someone go with you to put the heavy item right in your cart for you. Plus, they have a liquor section and a deli which Costco doesnt have.

This must be the worst managed business ever ! .. they know Costco just opened up a couple of meters away and this manager today gave me a hard time because my picture is not on our family membership card , even after I explained to her we have the same address . It is not the first time this happens, however I will make sure is the last time ... since today ,Im a Costco member ... they have better prices and customer service for sure .. today is Saturday March 5th , this incident happened at 10:30 AM. ..

I wanted to buy some crab legs they had for sale in an aisle, it need it to be weighed and tagged, so I ask for help from two different employees, no one showed up to to assist and was just ignored. I guess Ill have to just go to Costco from now on.

DELI DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST. Slow. Rude. Disorganized. They make the DMV look awesome. They ignore you. obviously the manager of this store doesnt care. Been this way for years.

Customer service is poor, you have to watch what you are buying , everything is really not great deal. Some items more expensive than local supermarket.
