Top to bottom this store has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am a member of this wholesale club, at least until it expires as I will not renew it, ever! I have been in BJs 50 times, perhaps. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I dont have high expectations as it is a warehouse club, but these people are horible. It doesnt matter if its the lunch counter, tire center (particularly bad) or checkout, its all bad. One exception maybe the guy who checks you as you leave. Self checkout is a joke, and when one of the surly CSAs comes over they have pissy attitudes, wont say anything. Over and over its been one bad experience after the other. Prices arent all that competitive that I want to put up with it so Ill let my membership expire and go somewhere that gives some customer service.

Great place to shop; however, there are very few minority associates. Occasionally, I see one at the register and two in the deli. None in customer service. Also, it would be helpful to have a few associates on the floor for customer assistance. There is a supervisor up front by the registers, but by then customers are ready to check out.

The employees are great. You really have to be a good shopper because some of the stuff is not cheaper, cutting BJs coupons is a must but you have to continually look at the dates because they all expire different times. A few items we frequently use have been discontinued which is a big disappointment. All in all a good experience.

There were four dead scooters and thats a huge store. Even when we asked no one would help. SMHI really couldnt shop like I wanted to. Their loss. Still went home with super sore legs and worn out.

Cheaper to buy in bulk than individual items elsewhere (in a cost-per-item sense). If you buy their brand, the savings are noticeable. And their gas is consistently the least expensive around.

Very busy, some employees seemed more interested in talking to their co-workers than helping their members, store seemed to be well stocked and had plenty of merchandise on hand.
