Stay away from Stuart Gelber, Optometrist I have purchased glasses and contacts from Costco in other states and never had a problem with any of the independent optometrists. I made an appointment at the Brick store for which I was on time. This “doctor” began the visit by dropping the door in my face as I tried to enter. The assistant told me he was a “fill in” and that the usual optometrists were on vacation. Gelber proceeded to tell me “My eye exams take 23 minutes and we are booked solid.” (File that under “not my problem.”) He asked me the purpose of my visit. I needed an eye exam for possible increase in Rx and I needed a contact fitting. Gelber told me that he could not fit me for contacts because I didn’t bring any with me. Gelber handed me a reprint of a newspaper article about leaving contacts in overnight and over-wearing them – I do neither. He then announced that he had been investigated in NY for offenses related to contact lenses but by this time I was beyond listening to him anymore. (The fact that he had been investigated didn’t bolster my confidence, nonetheless I persisted.) I informed him that I expected to receive all the services I specified when I made my appointment because nobody mentioned any difficulty in accomplishing this. I asked Gelber “So what will you be doing today?” His answer: “Nothing.” I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a purported “eye professional” as I was by Stuart Gelber. When I called to reschedule my appointment with the regular optometrists, the assistant was apologetic and I pitied her for having to work with him, even temporarily. She rescheduled me for the first possible appointment. This is a five star review because I did not want to taint Costco’s ratings by posting a one star review about unprofessional treatment by someone who isn’t even there all the time. All the other employees at Brick are friendly and helpful. Costco drew the short straw with this replacement “optometrist.”

Very poor customer service experience... I purchased Schiff vitamins to sell in my small store in Jan 2015, and later when my customers started complain about it, I checked the expiration date for the vitamins that I left. it was April 2015. its 360 tablet vitamin and you have only 3 month to consume. When I brought it back, which was after April because, first of all I noticed it after April , second of all I live 40 min driving away. Finally, I got a chance to go back to return. I was very disappointed with the manager because he said that I should have checked the expiration date before purchase. This is Costco and we always trusted them for good quality . I usually purchase too many products and I do not check the expiration dates because I trusted. Eventually, he said he will give some cash but he will put my membership account a red note saying that customer service should be careful for me because I am returning expired items. Poor! Kyle.

Do not go on Friday before sun down. You do have to watch the expiration date whatever you buy, I dont know why they keep moving stuff around and no signage, make me walk over the place to look for things that I had bought before, attitude in rotisserie chicken section, espically one woman and the young guys, they know you are waiting for the fresh one to come out, they purposely talking laughing before put the lid on. Some lead is not as frendly as other. If you pay attention, price change during weekend. I goes to restaurant depot for all meat, much cheaper. BJ close by me is smaller than Shoprite, dont have much option in Ocean county.

Great prices. Good merchandize. However, there has to Express lines for those buying just a few items. Looks like small grocery store owners too take advantage of the items on sale like water, sodas etc. The cafeteria should be able to accept credit cards at least when ordering full pizza. One has to go twice. First to go and pay in advance elsewhere and then stand in the queue and then again after 15 minutes or so, stand by the side. As such the seating area outside the cafeteria is too small especially during lunch time and the parking lot is hell. Maybe the management didnt expect it to grow this big.

One of the worst possible parking lots for a Costco I have ever seen. This is coming from a former employee of three different Costcos. The Front end help is awful. I ten minutes when Trying to see the front end managers just standing in front of them while other people barged right ahead of me. Finally the casually asked if I needed anything. I would highly recommend BJs wholesale club over this Costco. Much less time spent there with quicker lines and friendlier staff.

This is the only store that I dont have to drag my husband into. He even offers to come with me. The staff and management are so helpful and friendly. They will stop whatever theyre doing to walk all over the store with you to help you find the product that youre looking for. Their products are always of the highest quality, and returning a product for whatever reason is so painless. My husband and I absolutely love to shop at this store.

Omg the wireless kiosk is the best. Costco offers so much stuff for upgrading or new phones its amazing . I got a new phone and got $400 worth of goodies with it which is incredible one of those goodies was $150 Costco Cash Card, and there return policy is 90 days instead of 14 like everywhere else. BOOM. The best rep there is named Benjamin SEE HIM!! And they sell VERIZON, T-MOBILE, ATT and SPRINT. snacka snacka whaaaa?

If you have a big family you must join. Kirkland brand is good no mater what item you are buying. Meat section has higher quality meat than any supermarket. They have to lose money on every rotisserie chicken they sell. I read they sell 4 million of them. $5 for a chicken of that size cooked. A raw bird would cost you more. Mens clothing items are very low priced compared to outlet stores.

If youre getting a lot of stuff try to get cardboard before you go up. Usually have some at the front or back in produce. They dont keep it at the register. Dont go on the weekend if you can help it. Parking is a mess and its always crowded. I go Mondays and have no problems. The Gas Station always has a line but is usually cheapest around.

Vergleichbar mit Metro, aber größere Gebinde und wesentlich günstiger im Vergleich. Jederzeit ein Besuch wert, allerdings wird eine Kundenkarte benötigt!!

Everything from the word go was perfect. From the first encounter with the Maitre d (Jean-Claude) we were made to feel special. The food was remarkable and the soda recommended by the Sommelier was perfect. The icing on the cake was being invited to the kitchen to view the magic happening. Ill definitely be back!
