Dont go into the store for home improvement services. They have an outside sales that approach you and an inside, that you think you are dealing with. You have very little choices if they come out to your home. Our experience has been a difficult one. 2 dishwashers came in damaged, granite counter tops were wrong. But we got stuck with them. Told us we would need a court order to have the right counter top. The backplash didnt match the "pictures" as they had no real samples. Demand to see the slab of granite before they cut it, as well as the tiles. The billing was also a fiasco. First we had someone from home depot calling and telling us we still needed 3500 and needed another credit card. They wouldnt move forward, because they were billing us the incorrect ammounts. We had to call numerous times to get this corrected. Then the program we were promised was not what we got. Called again and they supposedly fixed it. Still not fixed. So disappointed. There are no words. I wanted my dream kitchen. We spent about $15,000 and i am stuck with counter tops I hate.

Wow dont know where to start. I guess ill start with in the last 2 months we have spent roughly $25000 dollars here on a home renovation. With the exception of the nice lady in the cabinet department. This place is pathetic. Ordered 16 windows for the home first order was completely wrong so they did"us a favor"and took back and reorderd windows...gee thanks.2 weeks later 2nd set of windows come in 8 of which have tge length and width swaped. And refused to take back. So was stuck with windows ill never use. Window department your a joke. And the manager is about as usfull as a broken light bulb. This is a bummer as i have always preferred home depot over any other home improvement store. Unfortunately not anymore. Purchased windows elsewhere and will continue to do so with all of my property renovations. If i could have given this place a half star i would of. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible! There were no store associates in the department or any of the surrounding departments to help. We asked for help by an associate,who said they couldnt help, and said he would get someone else to assist us. We waited about 10-15 MINUTES and the associate who came, told us we should try another store. Another customer actually overheard us, and told us where we could go to get the type of screws we needed. We were looking for about 250 stainless steel torx screws. Horrible customer service. Employees should be "schooled" on the merchandise... whatever happened to hiring retired/semi retired painters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters? Need to have people there with knowledge.

Not very happy with the severe in the nuts and bolts section the older man I asked for help was very rude when we found the section were the ones I needed was he didnt even want to bother helping look when we did he says were out I looked and found what I needed another customer said excuse me several times the guy just ignore him till the guy looked him in the face said can you help me he said I hate thar cant you see Im helping someone he wasnt helping he told me he didnt have what I need but I found them I just think it was pretty rude of him everyone else was very nice telling me where to go row number 16 mabe he hade a bad day but its his job to help people or just do what outhers do hide

I happen to like Home Depot , shop there a lot . Went to buy a riding mower last weekend , a small rear engine style ( on their website ) didnt see one in with all the riders , asked an "employee" if they carried that model ? "oh yeah , we just dont put em out , they are crated up in the back "........and ?.....AND , I went across the street to Lowes , they had TWO on display and I bought one . I know these stores cant monitor the employees all the time , and on any given day you cant be sure who you may contact , but gee , common sense sometimes ?

After spending good money on a kitchen remodel I feel we have been taken to the cleaners. This has been a fiasco from day one. I would like them to come and take the whole kitchen out and give me my money back. It is a disgrace from the workmanship to the attitude of management. The final straw was the plumber putting the hole for dishwasher across the cabinet so we cant put anything in it.

The staff is very. Unprofessional after a long 14 hr work day i end my day had to re up on material my helper loaded the truck as I proceeded to use my credit card after everything was scanned I asked for my 5% off lo and behold after the truck was loaded the Pro checkout untrained employee had to rescan every item now Home Depot doesnt offer 5% will never return to the store again

Ive never been in a home depot where the employees care so little about their customers. You can almost always find multiple employees standing around talking to each other but when you ask for help it seems like youre bothering them. Bad management!

Employees know nothing. Asking for help is like pulling teeth. Pull up item on my phone...availability says 5 in store. Yet on their store scanner it shows nothing. Just close the doors. Worthless employees and horrible attitudes
