Worst experience ever. The cashiers have no idea what theyre doing. I bought 6 items and was charged twice for 1 thing. Then, when asked if I wanted a protection plan, I was told itd only be $1.99 but they charged me $6.99! Later, I had to make a return and a different cashier returned a cheaper item rather than the $40 item I actually returned! Overcharged as well as ripped off! Definitely would advise against Harbor freight, Id rather spend more money at home depot or Lowes. Their stuff is not good quality anyway and they apparently charge more so if you do shop here, pay very close attention. I wouldnt even have given one star!

Great place to get quality tools at an affordable price. The 20% off an item really takes the cake. Bought many grinding wheels and a welder from here for small and big projects. Works amazing and always go here to get things. Even purchased a tool box to house everything in and it works aswell as the competition. Highly recommended checking it out. Staff is also always there for you if you Need help looking for specific things.

Harbor Freight Tools in Pennsauken has been the worst company I have ever worked for I would tell any family nor friends to apply for the company. They over work there employee work 8 to 9 hours with only 30min lunch and sometimes dont get a lunch at all. They favor employee who have been dishonest to the company who is still employed. Manager who speak to you how they want still here which is sexual harassment

Im really happy they opened a store in my area. I dealt with Harbor Freight for years. Most prices are so low, youll think its a misprint. I especially like their pneumatic tools. The framing nailer works great and their prices for bulk packages of nails are extremely low. If you are involved with tools, this is the place to visit. Make sure you sign up for their sale flyer.

Ive been working for Harbor Freight Tools, now for about 3yrs. & I really like working there. They are a great company to work with, because they always seem to be there, when I really need them to be. Ive been offered more $ at other jobs, but turned them down. My CO workers are great people to work with, & wouldnt change that for anything or no one.

Website says open till 8pm. Drove from Medford to check this place out and manager was rude and said they closed at 5pm as I got to the door. Update your website with correct hours of operation or ho out of business. Not even a hint of customer service

Cashier was confused about items on sale. Had a problem getting item on sale for the sale price. Cashier was worried too much about his cell phone. Asked for manager to help with problem she also had an attitude problem.

THE PLACE for cheap tools. Some of the stuff doesnt last long, but there are some unbelievable bargains in this place. If you work around the house or on your car you got to check out Harbor Freight.

Prices are awesome. I would buy certain items only from here. For example, hand tools, bits, clamps etc. However, their power tools are not built to last hence their extremely low prices.

Best to know the quality of the tools you are buying here, the staff cant or wont help, and they dont know anything. Not a lifelong purchase, more likely a single out two job purchase.
