DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNERS & IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING YOU BETTER MAKE SURE THEY DONT CHARGE YOU AGAIN INSTEAD OF REFUNDING (which they obviously dont know how to do.)************ The staff of this store is friendly and very nice but the owners must not know how customer service works. I bought my mom a platinum plated rose for her birthday not knowing she already had one and returned it the same day. Its been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my refund. I got in contact with one of the owners, who was quite rude to me (seeing as Im a customer), and he basically told me that its not their fault it was all my banks fault. I have been up there 4 times trying to get my refund and INSTEAD they charged me AGAIN. NO REFUND, JUST $190 of my money GONE. I had to file a dispute claim with my bank because obviously this business has no priority in helping me with THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSED. I wish you mfs would tell me Im wrong one more time as I hold my bank statements and many receipts proving how stupid you actually look. Never had this problem ANYWHERE BESIDES THIS PLACE.

I have been a customer here for years. I wouldnt even think about going anywhere else to buy my Alex & Ani or Pandora. They always have everything Im looking for on hand, and if they dont, they are incredibly helpful in ordering it for me so that I have is ASAP. The employees and the owners are both helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about all of their inventory. The jeweler is there everyday, and I know I can rely on him for fast, quality repairs on all of my favorite jewelry. I highly recommend this store to all of my friends and family. If you are looking for great customer service in a beautiful family run store- Lawrence Anthony Fine Jewelers is the best place to go.

I have had only fantastic experiences with Lawrence Anthony Fine Jewelers. I have bought all of my Alex and Ani bracelets from here, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. The jeweler was more than willing to discuss a potential custom engagement ring with me, and gave me incredible advice. I will definitely be returning soon in the near future!
