I went to Getzow to have a ring designed with diamonds that belonged to my deceased mom and I picked out a setting from their jewelry case. Two weeks later they called an told me my ring was done and it was gorgeous. The diamonds that I used were in set in a bezel necklace and that is how they were on the ring when I went to pick it up BUT that is not the setting I picked from the case. It was made so cheaply and I express my concern that it was not in the right setting that I picked from the case and I was told because the diamonds where old they were not really round so this was the best they could do. They took my gold and additional money for a total of $1,000.00 and the ring was not pretty. I have since went to a different jeweler and when they cleaned the ring one of diamonds fell out and under the diamond was yellow gold. When I told them about my experience they asked if I seen the mold of the ring before they set the diamonds and I told them I had not. I would not recommend Getzow Jewelers to anyone.

Had a battery replaced by them on my Swiss Army watch just over a month ago. Watch stopped working. Took it back to Getzow and upon inspection found inside of watch corroded. Told them I was pushed into a salt water pool while on vacation. Which actually was the truth! Seal on watch cover apparently failed. Staff at shop remembered me and gave me a new battery, no charge. They wished me good luck in attempting to clean all the contacts and de-corrode the watch. Well after an hour of work and some industrial contact cleaner the watch now works fine. Point being, customer service here is excellent. They have won my business, my next jewelry purchase will definitely be here at Getzow. AJB

After a little research on the internet we knew exactly what we want and after some other jewelry stores, we end up at Getzow to compare prices for a diamond ring. Not only they took the time to explain us the differences between the diamonds quality (no other store did it), not only they had beautiful diamonds and settings, but it was affordable (best price we found). The answer was YES!!!! Thank you very much!! We see you for our wending bands!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, nothing but high priced junk, and the man who I believe runs it constantly smokes in there. He is extremely rude and I am appalled that this man owns a business.

I was misinformed about, a ring I wanted to sell them was told it had fake diamonds when in fact they were real went back to where I bought it and felt stupid. I wont go back there
