Went in for an appraisal for insurance purposes. The aloof and pretentious gentleman in charge of conducting them declined. I asked for a reason and he said he was not interested. I pressed for an actual answer and was told that I didnt need one! Not sure what about me paying for him to perform a service he doesnt like, but i know what being treated beyond poorly is. I will never be back!

Found a very unique setting for an engagement ring here (Golden Gate). Had them set a diamond that I brought in. The service was excellent. It took them quite a bit of time, but everything was done as promised and quality is superb. I actually drove down from NYC to get this setting. ( I almost ended up getting someone to custom make something similar before I found these guys)

I work across the street from cross, my boss sent me to deliver a christmas basket. I was asked to leave by a very rude employee. It was traumatic. I cannot imagine someone so cold hearted especially during the holiday season. I may not be wealthy but I work very hard and i buy nice things for my girlfriend and mother. I will be taking my business to springers next door.

My recent purchase of two rings was a great one. I love them both and they are just what I expected. The fit is perfect and the stones are beautiful, as are the settings. Even with the delivery delay due to storm Stella the Cross people helped track down the rings and got them to me. I give them high praise and will order again for sure.
