I have never had such a bad experience buying jewelry in my life. I have gotten different pieces from different stores throughout the mall and this has had to be the worst experience Ive yet to have. Two days after getting my ring a stone had fallen out and the ring looked crooked (a stopper had been applied by they woman working because the ring was too big) now I was told that this was my fall that it was crooked and the stone was missing and had to pay $30. No biggy because the ring had to be sized down, so now waiting another two days I get my ring back completely fixed and I was so happy until two days later. Now again on the two day mark another stone falls out so I call the store and they tell me to come in at 5 when the owner is there to talk to him. So I wait till 5 to go in get that at literally 5:04 for them to tell me he came in at 5 but has already left and after talking in the corner they tell me if I again want to leave my ring over night they will fix it. No, and I say no because at this point I bought my ring a week ago and have had it a total of 4 days and I suspected this wouldnt be the last time it happened. Now three stones missing from my ring later I am finally writing a review because the quality of the "jewelry" of this place is horrendous and if I could give it negative stars I would. I will never shop there again and just taking this as a lesson learned about the so called "jewelry stores"
